Bob appeared to be an honest Midwestern guy and gave us a quote and completed some repair work on our home. His website says he accepts credit cards but he does not, so after work was completed we had to quickly come up with cash.
He guaranteed his work for a year and shortly before the year was up, the same issue cropped up again. We contacted him by phone and email. He kept saying his phone wasn’t working, his email wasn’t working, and then it was raining so he couldn’t come out. Then, nothing. No return call to any of our messages.
Do yourself a favor and find another handyman who will return your calls and stand behind his work.
