We made an appointment to have a few blinds repaired at our house. Not only did no one show up, the blind repair service hasn’t returned any of our calls after 1 full business day. We received no phone calls or voicemails at any of the numbers we provided that the service was cancelled, anyone was lost, or there was a miscommunication somewhere. We have yet to hear back from Fineserve with any explanation. I wouldn’t recommend them as they did not value our time or our business enough to even return our calls regarding the missed appointment.

Called around to have a blind in our house fixed. Their service call(to the home) was about 50 bucks cheaper than other companies, so I tried them out. Although the service Dude was about an hour and a half late, they did call & let me know what was happening. The service guy was friendly, and explained what he was doing throughout the repair process. Overall, I was really happy with the repair & especially the price! It was a really expensive, large blind that needed the repair, so I was glad to fork out under 100 dollars instead of replacing that blind at probably around 500+. Cool beans.
