Worst place I ever stayed. 1.) the place is filthy. I washed all the bedding myself the first day, and vacumed and dusted because it looked like it hadn’t been done in a year. 2.) light by bed didn’t work so I moved nightstand to see if it was plugged in. found 2 empty condom wrappers and lots of dirt. 3.) while in the office, another guest asked that their room be sprayed for ROACHES. 4.) you have to check the door every time you leave the room because it does not always lock behind you. 5.) every night it smells like someone is burning their garbage. 6.) lot’s of sketchy people walking around. 7.) Kitchen untensils they gave me were filthy. If I could get a refund i’d be out of here in 10 minutes. feel bad for office staff because they are decent people.

I am really upset at the moment and writing to warn you of this EXTENDEDSTAY. We received a discount offer via email and I took advantage of it to rent a room for out of town guests. We do this on a regular basis for guests, but this is the FIRSTTIME we used this location. The offer for the discount was not applied. I called the 1 – 800 number upon finding the mistake but they could not help me and told me to call back to the hotel. I called to the hotel and the phone rang and rang like more than 30 times with no pickup. I called the next day and was told the manager had to «authorize a credit», even though it was their mistake. I was told the manager does not have a set schedule and no one knows exactly when or what day they will be there. I called back at least 4 days different times per day and the manager was not there, nor had they responded to my emails with the internet receipt showing the discount. After 11 days I FINALLY got a credit(although it takes a few days to process at my credit card). Still, no manager involved but some nice person at the hotel finally took interest. I think the manager needs to be fired because they are not at the hotel, they do not respond to emails and apparently there are others at the hotel who have more ability to respond to customers than the Manager does. Be warned before getting a room there.

Don’t do it. You get what you pay for & I ended up being housekeeping. Dirty sheets, hair in the shower, on the toilet and a wad on the«kitchen» floor. Not to mention urine on the toilet & floor. When I spoke to the front desk, no apology was offered. I asked for clean linens & cleaning supplies in order to get through the night. Didn’t think I’d get a refund but surprisingly I did. Checked out in the morning, new staff and still no sign of being embarrassed or concerned about their standards.

The room is pretty good for $ 55 but I would just see if there are other hotels around at the same price

I stayed here in October of 2014. Do not stay here under any circumstances. The rooms have a kitchenette, however, you have to go to the front desk and check out pots, pans, and cooking utensils. The microwave didn’t work, and their solution was to offer to move us to another room, but we’d have to wait until a room became available. The new room never materialized. I complained about my stay on their website, and their fix was to offer a free night’s stay that they conveniently forgot to send to me via US mail. Do not ever stay here, you’re better off finding another place to stay that actually cares about their guests.

Run down, dirty with an incompetent staff. They could not issue a refund when I checked out early, due to a ‘system issue’. Do not go here. You’re better off staying under a bridge. Bathtub had nasty stains, things were old and worn out; lots of outdoor close proximity smoking.

I like that they have a mini kitchen BUT their version of a non smoking room is to place non smoking stickers all over the room and spray febreeze. Front desk left their bottle of febreeze in my room(see pics).

So this was Formerly Homestead Suites, and at least had a manager named Tony that understood the customer was always right. Recently, Extended Stay bought this aging building complex out, and I have had nothing but grief from the replacement corporate manager Lily. I have stayed there for 3 months and she has the nerve to call up and complain about little things, like paying for your next week 3 hours late when you get called into work. Come on, read some Zig Ziggler. Also, in the 3 months I have been there MAYBE the maid service has come threw 4 times, they promise once a week but boy they sure don’t deliver. Save your money, go some where else. The front desk staff are all exceptional — they came from Homestead after all — it’s just the new management that enforces crazy policies and makes them call people in the middle of trying to get their work done that ruins the whole gig. It’s not like she doesn’t ALWAYS get her pay, excuse me if life happens and it’s a few hours past 11:00am. Look at your customers portfolios before demanding ridiculous things. Happy Holidays to you too Lily. Horrible Internet, and watch out for roaches when you first turn on the lights in the bathroom after waking up. At least the beds work and don’t make you itch. I’ll be interested to see if this place is still in business in 6 months from now. With Lily’s great attitude and heavy handed approach it will be a wonder if they ever get any repeat business.
