Elements Massage

I have been a member for about 5 months and regularly see Pedro F. for my massages. First off they can usually get me in on short notice since I never really know when I have time to break for an hour. The staff is always courteous and friendly. But my biggest compliment goes to Pedro. He does exactly what you need to walk out feeling 100%. He follows your cue so if you want to chit chat or just want peace and quiet you set the tone. His massages are nothing short of therapeutic and hands down amazing relaxation. Plus he will give you the time to show you exercises and suggestions for at home stretching to obtain better posture. Thanks Element and thanks Pedro for a great experience every time I come in!

My massage was with Bonnie. She was fantastic, wonderful and a God send !!! I have had massages most of my life due to a life long chrippling pain in my body. She knew exactly what she was doing and I’ve never felt better !!! Everyone conducts themselves professionally, all are very nice and courteous. It is a very appealing and clean place. This place is top notch and I would recommend it to anyone !!! Also secretively, I want to add that the gift cards on Quibids helped me out financially. Don’t get rid of them. Thanks !!!

This place is Wonderful. I had a 1 hour massage with Katie yesterday, she relieved all the pain in my shoulders and back, very friendly and listened to me about my problem areas and offered suggestions to help from future problems. The place is clean, new and the front staff was very professional.

Haven’t had a massage in a few months and was in desperate need of one because of the pain in my shoulders and neck. Called in and the receptionist scheduled a deep tissue massage with Teri for the day and time I requested. The receptionist did inform me that Terri doesn’t normally do deep tissue massages but she felt like she would be able to help with the problem I was having and she was right, Teri was awesome! She worked out my knots and was very professional. I would definitely recommend her to anyone, she really knows the right kind of pressure to use as well. This was my first time to Elements Massage and it was a great experience. The entry area is relaxing, clean, and the front staff were very friendly when arriving and leaving, The massage room was also very nice and clean. BTW, check out groupon for deals.

The other day I was in so much pain in my lower back, glutes, and legs from a work out a few days prior that I could barely sit at my desk — I was so uncomfortable! I called Elements since they are near my work and they were able to get me in on very short notice.
My therapist was Terri and she was AWESOME! Now Terri does not usually specialize in deep tissue massage but you never would have guessed it! She hit every trigger point possible and each time she did I felt my muscles get looser and looser. I was so grateful for how hard she worked on me.
I would definitely go again and I would highly recommend Terri!

In a single word, «WOW!» First and foremost let me just say that this place is amazing. Being the 4^th of July, my GF and I either expected all massage places to be closed or booked. These wonderful ladies were more than happy to accommodate us, which was a huge plus considering the extremely rude and negative feedback we received from another place (that my GF called months ago and booked, yet decided last minute to cancel on us).
They booked us a couples massage at 1pm, and when we showed up they greeted us and asked about any trouble areas we had. We filled out all the paperwork and were introduced to our massage therapists. I had the pleasure of getting Jeanice. Standing all of just over 5ft, DO NOT let her small size and stature fool you! She was able to find all the trouble spots and maintain a constant, comfortable pressure the entire hour! I suffer from some pretty bad sciatic pain and she worked a good amount on my right side, which was a huge relief.
Once the hour was finished, she even sat and talked to me about what I could do at home to help with the pain and stiffness and also recommended several things to do tonight to help. I cannot recommend this place any more, and it’s a damn shame that we live in Tucson because this would definitely be a place to frequent.
If you are in the Mesa area, and in need of some serious deep tissue relaxation, stop into Elements Massage and if given the choice, Jeanice is sure bet!

Love this place! Its new and looks good. I give it five stars because I had the most wonderful excellent massage I have ever had in a long time. ARRON was wonderful he fixed all my problems. I thought I would never be able to fix my hip problem, he gave me a sciatic release, and just WOW. I am so hooked thank you

After raising the issues on my previous visit with the owner and his wife, they listened attentively and addressed them with me with sincere apology and asked me to give them another chance. I took the offer and scheduled a two hours session with one of the therapist that will best address my needs. Since we had two hours, she worked through my back, shoulder, thigh, and spend plenty of time on my neck which most therapists didn’t get to do since most of my time was spend trying to loosen my knots on my shoulders that plagued me over the years of physical work that I do. At the end, it was heavenly. I highly recommend this place to all since they do strive to do their best when situation arises. I have managed and own many businesses and they certainly have went above and beyond to please their customers which is essential today’s business environment. I wish them the best and will return soon when time permits.
