Had a great experience just now. Chance was super helpful, very friendly and beyond respectful. My wife and I will definitely be back and suggest this location to friends.

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts. It’s the closest to my house so when I get lazy and don’t want to drive far, I go here. However, every time, without fail, they make me the wrong drink, make me a latte that tastes like water with flavoring or provide the most rude customer service. This place needs a complete overhaul of management & staff… DONOT go here… go to any Dunkin other than here or you will be disappointed.

Went there in October and ordered a sandwich, donut and hash browns. Sit down to eat and my hash browns were cold as ice… still frozen! I politely approached the cashier(since it was the cooks fault) and handed him the frozen hash browns. He was in shock as well and said they would have new hash browns for me in a minute. Sat down and finished eating… still no hash browns. At this point I went up to the cashier(not so friendly now) demanding my money for the hash browns back. Never even got an apology so demanded to speak with a manager. The ignorant and worthless manager, Regina, mumbled some nonsense I could barely hear about no one else complaining about frozen hash browns. Maybe they were in the drive-thru and hadn’t had a chance to bite in to them yet Regina!?! I have not been back to this location nor will I ever go back when they hire cooks that serve frozen food and managers that are rude and lack a 6th grade education. Attempted to contact corporate to voice my complaint so they could fix this back into the good location it once was, but was on hold every time for 15+ min and hung up.

Went in yesterday morning with a friend and my grandson. Order drinks, a couple donuts, and two breakfast sandwiches with hashbrowns. There was nobody in line when we arrived and she took our order rather quickly. After the order was taken we waited almost 15 minutes and then I went back up to check on the order. I was told there shortstaffed and they’re all stressed and I just need to be patient. It was another 10 minutes before the order was brought up. After waiting 25 minutes the sandwiches were barely worn and the hash brown we received was cold. We ordered two meals and only one hash brown arrived. When I asked about the second hash brown we ended up waiting another 10 minutes before it arrived. This order was also barely warm. I asked to speak to the manager who is rather curt with me and told me I only ordered one hash brown and she’s lucky I’m giving me a second one for free. I explained where I ordered a number five and number seven and when I ordered the meal it comes with A hash brown. Anything I tried to say she cut me off basically made me out to be the bad guy. Everyone in the store was looking and as I walked back made comments to me that they can’t believe she would talk to a customer that way. The food was below-average, the service that started out good ended up horrible and I would tell anybody to avoid that location like you would avoid the plague. So I did the online survey and asked to be contacted. The corp office said they forwarded my info to the owner of the franchise and that was a week ago. Still no response from local dunkin. That tells me how much this company/franchise owner cares about his customers.

I started going to this Dunkin around Nov 2014. At that time service was good, coffee was made correctly and there were usually always a good selection of donuts available. I want to say it was sometime around March 2015 when everything changed. I order an iced coffee with cream and sugar(easy enough, right?) I guess not. It seems that asking for cream and sugar means you would like a tablespoon worth of coffee and the rest to be sugary milk. The last time I went I finally just handed the coffee back and said, «I ordered a coffee… I’m not paying for milk!» The kid that I was speaking to was nice enough but when the lady behind him asked what was wrong(she’s the one who had made it in the first place) she snatched it from him as if he’d done something wrong and told him to get out of her DAMN way. I really wish I had caught her name so I could have complained about her directly. In addition to this they almost never get your order right. Ask for a plain bagel with butter and you’ll get a poppy bagel with cream-cheese and food that should be warm is cold or not cooked at all. It is ridiculous! Aside from that the employees at this location are, well, how do I put this nicely? NASTY! I mean, if you aren’t going to put the least bit of effort into your appearance and WASHYOURDAMNUNIFORMSHIRT… why am I going to think you wash your hands before you touch my food and drinks? This location has got to be the WORST Dunkin I have ever been to. My husband and I agreed we will NEVER go here again even if it means driving out of our way to go elsewhere. Honestly, I wish I could give a negative star rating!

I have been coming here for almost 2 years now every morning for my coffee, and recently they have decided to fire 90% of the staff that made this place great to come grab a cup of coffee and have a great conversation with the employees. Now is it the best place for coffee no there are other places with better coffee but the employees were what made it special. Now that they have fired the staff this place is like zombie land no hellos, no good mornings NOTHING! It’s terrible to see this place like this! Long story short don’t waste your time coming to this place unless you would like to be treated by some one who not only says hello or look like they hate their life it will take them 5 or more minutes to do so. Shame on Anna the new manager who obviously only cares about the bonus she will receive each month and not the customers and past employees who made Dunkin Great!

I am from back east, and was very excited when DD finally came to town! But I didn’t really have nice things to say about this location… until now! Maybe they are finally understanding it’s about customer service and fresh coffee! I’ve suffered occasionally over the past few years with nasty attitudes, limited availability on donuts, lukewarm stale coffee(once they nuked it and tried to pretend it was just made)…our recent three visits in the last ten days, they’ve gotten our order right, they were super friendly, and even made new coffee for me(after I asked when it was last made, and she admitted it had been a while). So, maybe they’re improving, so they get four stars… with room to level up to five! Good work, keep it up!

Worst customer service ever!!! Entered Dunkin’ Donuts with only one customer in front of me. It took them 20 minutes to make me an iced coffee no cream no sugar. For those of you who don’t know that involves pouring ice into a cup followed by coffee. I recommend going to Starbucks if you are a fan of customer service.

This location is very laid back. I go in at different times on different days. I have noticed they have periods of a line out the door and then there are no customers at all. This might explain why it might take long sometimes. Seems silly to over staff for spurts of traffic here and there. On the rare occasion that I get a donut or two, they have always been really tasty. The ice coffee is always good and made well. It would be nice if the seating area was more welcoming. It feels more like a school cafeteria than a café.

This dunks is by my house. They have not been able to make breakfast sandwiches for over 2 months due to a broken oven. This is the strangest thin I’ve ever seen from a dunks ever. People come in all day ordering breakfast just to be told the ovens broken. Will they ever fix it or do we have a case of EXTREME laziness.

I went thru drive thru couple days ago, service was good, lattes exceptional and sandwiches tasty, however when standing in drive thru line, i noticed someone just left garbage back by the door and it started leaking. Not a good scene before you ready to enjoy the meal.

Stopped in here twice. Once about a year ago(stood at the counter for 5+ minutes and not one server to be found) and yesterday afternoon(door locked, lights off, chairs on tables(indoors and out). Closed without explanation. Please don’t blame it on the«economy» when you close permanently.

We get good coffee every time we come here. This is our weekend morning coffee spot. We also stop by in the afternoons sometimes. get the DD app and get free coffee when the cards win. You can’t beat that. I vow to be the Duke here.

Ok, had high hopes, our last visit was pretty great, this just was sad. Donuts had almost no filling, selection was almost completely out! Also, the breakfast bagels we got, were totally burned. Why, why is it this bad at this location? Other locations are way more stocked, at all times, and treat the customers so much better. We have also never been offered any compensation or even a sorry for the troubles. Such sad service.

This DD is closest to my father’s house so I’ve been numerous times since it opened. My mom thinks the coffee is great. I think this location is terrible. The employees are nice but not very efficient. The worst part is the frosting on the donuts. They must think frosting is made of gold with how little they put on each donut. I’ve been to other locations that don’t have this issue so I assume the owner of this particular franchise has some kind of anti-frosting bias. If there was some kind of organization that supported the rights of donuts to be coated in a sufficient layer of frosted goodness, I’d alert them to this DD’s egregious crimes against deliciousness.

Aweful experience. Couldn’t get anything right from our sandwiches to coffee to a water cup. It pains me to say, but I will never go to this Dunkin Donuts again. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Fire everyone and start again. Never felt so bad for spending my hard earned money.

I absolutely love donuts and coffee and you really can’t get those wrong. There are a few staff members here who are very personable and on their game but unfortunately I mostly encounter staff that seems they left their brains at home. I’ve had a lot of mistaken orders here. Maybe management just needs to train better. Those that are great… I thank you!

I enjoy the food and the coffee. It’s not gourmet, but then again, I didn’t pay for a gourmet meal at $ 3 a breakfast sandwich. I’ve yet to encounter a rude employee, but I only visit once a week or two. In my experience, they are polite, respectful and cordial. I took away a star because it is always slow. Granted, there are so many people always there. This, I imagine, is due to their strategic location to commuters on their way to work… So if you’re in a hurry, don’t go in or do drive-thru. But if you have 10−15mins to spare beyond your commute time, by all means, it’s a good place to grab some grub. Tip: faster in drive-thru than a walk-in.

So-so for a DD. Staff was whatever. Selection of donuts was weak — even if it was in the early afternoon. The price for the quality, selection, and service — disappointing. May try this location again — but if there are different locations — will probably go to those ones instead.

I got hooked on DD coffee when we lived in Philadelphia… they were everywhere, it was cheap, and the staff got to know my drink after a few visits so it was just easy. We decided to move to Arizona and low and behold, there’s a Dunkin right up the street! Booyah! I have to admit, I was expecting to be disappointed. When we came out here for vacation last year, we tried a couple DD(Scottsdale Rd and another on Hayden) and they put way too much flavored syrup in my iced coffee. Turns out they didn’t have the special machine that measures everything correctly at the push of a button. I *think* the location on brown does. Score! The manager took our Philly punch cards(extra customer service points) and they are always friendly when I go in. Yeah, our drinks have been messed up a few times but that happens anywhere. It doesn’t bug me. They don’t have my drink memorized yet, but I don’t go everyday anymore. Not a five star because they have a minimum of two munchkin rule. Not a huge deal but when I have only one of my kids and I’m scrounging up change in my purse or the car, it sucks when I don’t have enough. I have learned my lesson though and always go prepared.
