I contacted this company after experiencing problems with my AC Unit. When they first came out I was surprised at how poor the repairman’s customer service was. He wasn’t very friendly, didn’t wear booties inside my home and just walked in like he lived there himself. I later learned that he was the actual owner which explained why he wasn’t so friendly. He told me that I needed to get my valve replaced and he created a temporary fix. He never returned to install the part that he ordered for me after I repeatedly called and left several messages. He finally returned 3 weeks later and installed the part. My AC worked fine, so I thought the issue was resolved.
It wasn’t until my semi-​yearly service call (3 months later) that I was told that the valve was never replaced and that he had only done a temporary fix. Well this caused other issues that I now have to contend with. I am using another company to complete this repair that was supposed to be done June 2014.
I am never using this company again. They lied to me repeatedly and basically charged my home warranty company for a part that was not used on my home.
I do not recommend this company !!!
