HOA is very strict!
You can be out after 10 pm… in the pool, at a ramada, pretty much anywhere. They charge you a $ 50 fine if you are in the pool or at a ramada after 10. They also charge you fines if you jump a wall. They close all the gates at 6 – 7 pm every night so you have to go the long way around if you live in the back. All condos are individually owned but
Not good for people with physical disabilities all the floors have stairs.
there is surely some favoritism/​discrimination going on here as well.

Excellent community but I wished they had a playground for the kids. They do have 4 pools and. Clubhouse. Safe clean and very quiet. The HOA is very nice and reasonable.

Every issue I’ve had to deal with the HOA with has been difficult. They are unyielding and uncaring, and make every issue all about their power. See if you can speak with the community manager for five minutes without him threatening an assessment for non compliance.
I’ve been an owner here five years, never delinquent, never a complaint. the first time i ask for a small accommodation (like an extra couple of weeks to replace an out of date water heater) it triggered a series of flame emails, and even tho I agreed to replace it, they still turned the matter over to their law firm for some reason.
Before you buy a home here, make sure you are comfortable with an HOA manager that does not respect the owners in their own community.
