I’ve been to other Chipotles before and liked the food. But not this time. I got the steak bowl. They must have had a bad batch of steak because it was inedible. It was just all gristle. I eventually just pushed the meat out of the way and ate the remainder which was tasty. The service was fast and courteous. The price is way too high for just a bowl of beans and meat. But the next time I go I’m getting the chicken bowl!!!

The only complaint I have is the rice. It’s not cooked. They need to check it before serving it or else it ruins the whole burrito.

The staff here went above and beyond my expectations and provided a pleasant experience. Friendly service, the food was fantastic and restaurant was clean and comfortable. Will definitely come back to this location.

When it comes to cleanliness I’m super strict about it, and the fact the one of the workers had his hat on the grill while he was ready to close was kind of nasty. Dandruff travels as well as hair. It could have easily flown on my burrito. Sick. Plus I got sick from this food. My night was a nightmare!

This is my favorite location. The wait is short and they never mess up my order. The one time they did they gave me a free drink and was sorry about it. Staff is friendly and nice. The restaurant is clean and they make fresh everything at night to. Nothing tastes old.

Terribly slow at lunch time. No sense of urgency whatsoever!!! This was the first time I have been to a Chipotle with no consistency. When you visit a chain restaurant you expect to have a similar experience each time you visit. This visit was enough for me to not return to a Chipotle. The employees didn’t seem to have any knowledge of how each item should come. If there are certain items that come with a burrito for example, you shouldn’t have to list every ingredient that you want in your burrito. I asked for a burrito bowl, however it’s prepared, and the cheese and sour cream were left off. The employee clearly had no idea what they were doing. I know that those should have been on my burrito bowl. The guest I was with asked for the ingredients in her burrito mixed together(before rolling), something that I have done plenty of times before with no trouble. Well they did a disappointing job of meeting that request. Just a completely pathetic and disappointing visit. Won’t be back.

Seriously, we just got two awesome bowls from this locations and we were in and out in 2 minutes! Gotta say, that was impressive! This wasn’t the first time we have gotten exceptional service at this location! We’ll be back! The other location close to us is questionable and they don’t really care so we stick with the superstition Chipotle.

I was so disappointed because I absolutely love Chipotle and when I went there with my sister before work, I had the usual Chicken Bowl the chicken was so burnt it was bitter, when I asked for extra sour cream and lettuce I didn’t get that, but I didn’t say anything because I didn’t want to be a rude picky person. But I took 2 bites and threw it away because it was so terrible.

I eat at Chipotle 4−5x/wk without fail. I’ve never had a bowl that wasn’t great until I hit this location. The amount of salt on the chicken was near unedible, and ruined the entire taste of the bowl. I chocked it down, but will not be back to this location. I didn’t think it was possible to screw up a chipotle dish, but they managed it quite well. «Why didn’t you take it back?» You ask… it was a to go order

Our first time in this location [Feb 83015] around 4pm. The customer service is the worst ever. I’m not sure what her name was but she was rude as hell! This chick did not greet upon entering. She kept say ‘what’ like she can’t understand English. I said thank you and she ignored me. If I wasn’t in a good mood it would have been mayhem. #Rude

My friend who unfortunately needs to watch every penny hadn’t eaten here before. She told the server she’d have everything that was vegetarian in her salad when he walked her through the ingredients. So, when asked if she wanted avocado, automatically said«yes» without consideration. What a surprise to find out she was charged an extra $ 1.95 for a little avocado. Sadly, she’d already left the store when she checked the receipt. Even had she stayed, should she have asked it to be taken out? Remade? Were it remade that would be wasting food and not ethical in her books. Simply put, the staff should point out if there are extras in pricing. Not just ask about the flavors as it’s so easy to get sucked into the yes, yes, routine. I’m sure she’s not the only person that’s fallen for this. Overpaying for something mars the customer experience. Now, I’m not saying this was deliberate. I’m suggesting that the staff are properly trained to walk in the customers’ shoes. Thanks. P.s. I’ve been messaged that unless she had a meal combo with Sofritas or something else then the Guacamole ought to have been free. Therefore, the staff overcharged. Hope this helps others. Stand up for your consumer rights but first, one needs to know what they’re entitled to do so. Thanks very much to the person who has informed me. You’re helping others here, too.

Let me preface this review by telling you, I’m the biggest Chipotle fan there is. I visit them whenever and wherever I can. I love it so much that I’ve been a long-time(small) shareholder of CMG stock. So it pains me to say that I’m not sure what the deal is with this Chipotle, but the staff here just seems a bit off compared to other locations. First, nearly every other CMG I’ve been to around the country takes great pride in cleanliness. On my last few visits to this one I’ve had to wipe my own table clean on more than one occasion. Second, they just do not seem well-trained. My wife made the mistake of ordering a margarita one night and the guy working had to scrounge around for the materials and even ask a co-worker how to make the drink. Another example, yesterday, my son ordered a cheese quesadilla and the crew basically forgot about it and what resulted was an overcooked crunchy slab of goo. Lastly, their speed lacks a sense of urgency you find at the other stores. Again, on yesterday’s visit, the guy working who was our first point of contact. you know the guy that grabs the tortillas or bowls based on your order? Well, he had to change out the bean containers with fresh beans. This process caused a huge bottleneck because none of his co-workers down the line from him felt the need to jump in and help him either with the beans or with getting us started. What was a relatively short line of maybe 6 people quickly grew to one reaching the door for no good reason. I would hope Mr. Ells makes a visit to check-in on this location and somehow rights the ship. Until I hear different, I’ll stay away from this store and go to the one at Power/Ray or Val Vista/Baseline.

This has always been my goto Chipotle and great until recently my online orders were getting messed up. Missing tortillas on the side and guac. Not sure if there has been management changes or something but also a lot less chips are being given in the bag. $ 1.30 for 25 chips? Might as well go to the store and buy a whole bag of Tostitos instead. Disappointed in recent experiences here when i order at least once a week :(

Realistically, a Chipotle– is a Chipotle — is a Chipotle. It’s a chain that makes glorified burritos; So, food wise, you’ll get the same taste no matter the location you go to. What sets this location apart is the fantastic customer service! Hats off to the team here, they always give the customer what the customer wants. There’s always clean tables. The bathrooms are cleaned regularly. Everyone is polished, and friendly. Above all else, the line at this location moves especially quick! That’s the reason I go to Chipotle in the first place, I consider it fast food — so FAST is how I’d prefer it. — They’re not shy with the Guacamole either, THANKGOD because it’s up to $ 1.90 now! Definitely a fan of this location!

If you haven’t been to a chipotle you should. And if you’re looking for a good one try this one! The staff has always been top notch and the food prepared exactly to specs. The times I have put in online orders they were always on time and the one time that it wasn’t they gave me a free drink while I waited! The manager and employees all seem to enjoy their work and that always shows in a meal. Nothing but good things to say about this place!

Stopped in last night for dinner… around 7ish… so a little busy, not crazy, but steady. We ordered a chicken bowl and burrito… He told us it would be about 6 minutes for chicken… so he asked us just to go to the front of the line for a couple pops and they’d let us know… So we took our free pops and had a seat… sure enough about 6 minutes later a gal came out and flagged us over. I appreciated that the guy gave us a time frame and also didn’t try to talk us into another meat option. The free pops were also appreciated. We will be back, thank you Chipotle!

If you want a lot of food then this is the place to go. I always have leftovers. However, I ask for almost everything in my burrito bowl so it is full! If you only like meat, rice, and bean you’re bowl won’t be as full. Also depends on who makes your bowl. Some times I have people who are very gracious on portions and others are stingy. I have had very good luck with this particular chipotle though. We also like to get chips with our burrito bowls… They give you very few chips in a bag. They used to give you a lot :-/kind of a bummer.
