This is the slowest branch I have ever been to. I waited in line 15 minutes while 1 teller juggled between the lobby and drive-thru line. I was told by the branch manager that banking is changing to digital and that things are going to be like that.

Went in for a simple notary. Ive used other branches in the past with no trouble. The personal banker made me sign multiple times because it didn’t look exactly the same signature as my license that I had signed almost 10 years ago. He made certain comments that made me feel as though he thought I was using a fake ID. I understand the need for security but that was a bit over the top and uncalled for.
