Brian is the MAN when it comes to any video set up needs or problems! Over the past 3 years or so I have enjoyed his services from installing a new flat screen TV (he did some impressive sweating in my attic) and adding surround sound, to programming my remote control so it takes care of all functions, how great! He was always responsive over the phone to help resolve minor problems. Friendly, very knowledgeable, polite, well groomed and considerate of my home, worked fast and was always dependable, keeping me informed of his progress and kept his appointments. He guarantees his work, which has always been excellent. His prices have always been more than fair. I won’t let anyone else touch my AV equipment! He might be busy but is worth waiting for.

What a terrific experience this has been. We found Audio Video Rescue on a web search. We were looking for a residential video surveillance system & would require the aid of the seller to install the entire system.
We based our decision mainly on the reviews by other customer experiences. We absolutely made the right choice. Brian, from AVR, was wonderful to work with. We found him to be professional, polite, knowledgeable of the system components, and he helped us to find the right «fit» for our needs without any pressure.
We are now the proud owners of a surveillance system that will protect our property & family for many years to come. Brian did not rush through the install & took plenty of time with us at the end of the day to make sure we were at ease with the features of the new system. He gave us a fantastic tutorial of all of the most needed functions.
We felt that we received more than our monies worth with AVR. «Call BRIAN», using anyone else would be taking a senseless risk. He’s that good!!!

With baby #2 quickly approaching, we realized we needed a better system than just our summer baby monitor in our home. We looked into a handful of options and got feedback from friends before making a decision on some cameras throughout the house. However, once these cameras arrived, we realized that we’d need some help with installation and set-​up.
Enter Brian from Audio Video Rescue, Inc. (We were actually referred to Brian by my brother, who’d worked with him in the past… thanks Z!)
My husband called Brian and set-​up a time for him to come to our home to help get our new system all set-​up. Brian was friendly and professional on the phone and even more-​so in person. He even arrived a few minutes early on the day of his visit!
Thanks to Brian, we’ve now got our new system up and running and we’re even more ready for this baby to arrive! Pricing was reasonable and we wouldn’t hesitate to use AVR again in the future!
