The office itself is alright. But they LIE when it comes to billing.
I visited their office for one of their «free» check-​ups once. That was more than a year and a half ago and I moved out of Arizona a little after that. Last week someone from «National Recovery Agency» called me to say I owed Aspen Dental $ 38 and that they had sent me to debt collectors ! First, you bill for something that’s free and then set debt collectors on my back ??
I called Aspen Dental Mesa’s billing department who claimed they saw $ 38 pending but no reason for the charge ! How much more untrustworthy can you get? The only reason I gave two stars was because they emailed me a letter later saying I didnt owe them anything.

After several recent visits getting teeth cleaned, and recently discovering a pocket of puss causing an infection, I became convinced they were as thoughtful, punctual, efficient, and affordable as I first believed! To begin with you get a free exam and free ex-​rays. Awesome value! A year later they don’t hound you if you don’t feel you need updated ex-​rays which is great! When I did need help they did the exam and evaluation in the most affordable way. Loved everyone involved and how clean and nice the office is (next door to a Pier I Import!).
I trust their work and judgement and believe they are sincerely concerned about me. Thanks!

The dentist and the whole staff were amazingly nice. Need a tooth pulled and had me wait till Monday so the swelling of my nerve will go down but gave me medicine for it so it’s fine. Early appointments are amazing! And they booked me and my bf same day and same time. They have at large staff but like I said they are friendly. Glad I came here.
