Aloha Air Conditioning & Heating

I definitely have to give this company 5 stars. My ac went out on Tuesday. I called them on Wednesday & they were here on Thursday to diagnose the problem & give me an estimate. They came out on Saturday (ahead of schedule) were extremely punctual & finished the entire job w/​in 6 hours (less than I expected). I will be using them in the future for all my needs as well as sending other people to them.
From the manager to the techs they were awesome!

Great honest company! They have fixed me up and many of my friends several times. Would reccomend them to anyone.

After reading the previous review it’s evident the company hasn’t changed. They were called at 9:00am. They still weren’t here at 3:00,I called them and was told there must have been a miscommunication but they were on their way. Upon his arriving he determined he needed parts and the parts house was closed. I said it’s 95 degrees in the house he said he might have a portable I could use, but then said no they don’t and I would have to wait until the next morning when they could get the part. He told me he would be here first thing in the morning. By 9:00AM I hadn’t heard from them and called. I was told they’d be here by mid afternoon. I told them that was unacceptable since I work at home. She said she’d call me back. She called back and said that the tech would be here within 30 minutes with the part since she didn’t want to have me calling her every 30 minutes. She also said that I was not the only one without air conditioning. I informed her that I was the only one without air conditioning that I cared about. Very unprofessional, very bad customer service. I agree that they don’t even deserve one star.

By far the WORST company ever. Horrible customer service and liars. Never use this company. They were sent to fix my sisters air conditioner, didn’t have the parts so they said they «ordered» it. When told there was a newborn and two toddlers in the house they said they’d bring over a portable ac unit. No one showed up. When I called I was told someone was bringing them out. And still no one showed. They blew us off. Then when we call back in the morning, the receptionist says «they were busy.» When we speak with the owner he says oh well, people make mistakes. Open your windows, haven’t you heard of that?” Excuse me really? Where are your manners? He was such an ass hole. They discuss me. Do not use them! This is not how you run a business. They don’t even deserve one star.
