All Mobile Matters did a repair on my failing S3. The earphone jack was dying, All Mobile Matters replaced it on time with no issues. The repair outlasted the rest of the phone. Thanks!

I would give it 0 stars if possible! I had my phone screen fixed and had temper glass put on it on October 16, my bill was $ 200. Not bad, Tony was nice. 3 days ago I set my phone down 2 inches on my table and it cracked. It was in a case they sold me, with temper glass they put on, and the new screen. I took it in and he started pulling it apart, then told me it would be $ 150 even though I bought a warranty on the screen and temper glass. He was so rude about it when I said no that I couldn’t or wouldn’t pay that. I asked him to put it back together and I left. As I am getting into my car I notice he cracked my screen more, didn’t put the temper glass back on straight or all the way, and didn’t put the screws back in my phone. I called him back and he was even ruder and told me I was wrong. Now there’s a yellow spot in my screen that wasn’t there, I am missing 2 screws, and its even worse than when I took it in. When I called corporate they told me it was my fault and they wont do anything about it. NEVER AGAIN!!!

This is the second time I have been here, and their work is spot on! We have had an IPad and phone screen fixed here, and they were as good as new!!! Staff (Jimmy) was pleasant and work was down in time promised! Would definitely come back!

Very quick and very efficient will definitely recommend also very friendly! They didn’t take very long at all we walked right in and were seen immediately and the price was decent!

DO NOT GO HERE! They broke my phone and blamed it on me. Somehow, apparently while my phone was in their possession, my camera lens was scratched. And to make things worse I had to go back to get them to finish the repair that I brought the phone in for in the first place. Take your business elsewhere, they are a rip off and a bunch of irresponsible crooks!

Very quick and so convenient! Drop off your broken phone, do your shopping, and get your new and improved one back! So happy I had this done! Worth every penny!

My IPad had a cracked screen and my wifi antennae wasn’t working. I took it to All Mobile Matters in the Superstition mall and Tony fixed the screen and my wifi antennae in just a couple hours. My IPad is as good as new now and I am extremely happy with the price and work. In fact I am writing this review on my repaired ipad. Tony is very knowledgable and I will definitely bring him my mobile devices in the future next time I drop them. Im glad I found a repair store that is honest and professional. Thanks Tony!

Very happy I found this place! Eric and the employees were very helpful by fixing my cracked phone. There’s also a 60 day warranty in case a anything happens. So glad my phone is working!

Wow! Dropped my iPhone5 and was desperate on where to have it fixed. Looked on craigslist and saw affordable deals for $ 60. Feeling skeptical about the Craig’s deal, and I happen to walk in this store at SuperstitionMall. Zach the ultimate customer Service man, didn’t pressure me into anything and answered all my questions regarding cracked phones. Gave it a try and figured oh well at least I’m in a store and not some random dude in a van fixing my phone in a parking lot. Zach fixed my phone, and made me make sure I’ll say that again, made me make sure it’s good or he’ll redo it. No need to redo it was done perfectly and also he didn’t have to hide in the back to fix it. I mean he fixed it the whole time in front of me. Customer service is key and this place has it. Your phone broke, iPad or whatever, don’t hesitate and come here for sure!!! I’m not one to give credit only to where credit is due. Zach is the man and he’ll take care of you. Seriously no regrets and don’t trust the Craig’s cheap stuff.

All mobile matter is such an awesome company after spending all day with Apple in sprint. To finically learn that there is absolutely noting they can do for me after spending money every month on there worthless insurance plans. I came into the store in superstition springs Zach and jimmy were so helpful and fixed my phone in less the 30 mins. I highly recommend these guys!!!

My wife cracked the front and back of her iPhone 4s. The screen also went out so we needed a cheap fix ASAP because she was driving me nuts on either getting her a brand new galaxy or the phone repaired. The verizon store on power and southern told me my upgrade was in a couple months so best alternative was to take it to these guys! Went in to the mall and walked right up to the counter and handed over my phone. They quoted me $ 100 for the entire repair and they did it under 2 hours. Another thing that I appreciated was they accepted the check in off on Unilocal so that took care of the tax for me. They also give a 60 day warranty on their repairs. These guys did a great job.

I went to the mall at 10 and the store was not open. I had to wait around nearly 45 minutes before an employee actually showed up and opened the store. He was very nice but sadly they did not have my part (Galaxy S3 screen in pebble blue) in stock. The employee let me know my options and directed me to another location I could go to. I would have gone to that one initially had I known this store was not going to open on time. The other location (North Mesa) was wonderful! I would recommend that one over this location. At the N. Mesa one you get one-​on-​one attention and they actually answer the phone when you call.

Took my Motorola Bionic in for glass replacement. They had to have the part brought in from another store, so they said 1 to 1−½ hours. They were done right at 1 hour. Price was $ 50 less than some other local places. Overall, very satisfied and I would go back.

Unlocked my iPhone4. These guys are friendly and quick. Offered a warranty and safety if anything didn’t work. Thanks guys.

A friend of mine recently took his phone (dorid x) to have the LCD screen replaced. He was a walk in customer finding the place after doing a google search for it. After dropping his phone off he was told that parts had to be ordered and it would be done within a couple day. A week later he decided to call them to find out what was going on with the phone since he hadn’t heard from anyone since he left their store (he got a loaner phone from a friend). After spending an entire day trying to call all their locations he couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone at any valley wide location. He gave one last attempt to call them and someone finally picked up the phone. He asked what was going on with his phone and the guy said he didn’t see any paper work on it and that we would call him back. After not getting a call back the following day he once again attempted to get a hold of someone, again no answers. Finally after several hours he finally got a hold of someone. The guy told him that they couldn’t find any information on his phone or his phone. He assured that he would get to the bottom of it and would call him back. My friend then stated to him that he was told that last night and no one ever called him back. The guys response was there’ s nothing else i can do. A day later still hasn’t heard back from anyone. Now he’s gonna make a physical appearance now that the weekend is here and work will not conflict with their operating hours. !!!WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!
