Was referred to me by my home warranty company. Called me withing about an hour of me opening the claim with my warranty co and scheduled an appointment the next day, Sunday, between 8−11am. Never showed up, never called. Phone for office just went straight to voicemail on the day I was supposed to have service.

Referred through home warranty Old Republic.
Our faucet broke and we had planned on just buying a new one and replacing it until I realized we could utilize our home warranty to replace or fix it.
They called me on Friday and were available to come out the next day (Saturday) but I wasn’t available until Monday. They gave me a 2 hour window and showed up in the window.
Turns out the sink was a quick and easy fix — my husband felt like an idiot for not looking at it himself after I told him it was broken. So it was probably a waste of money/​a service call, but the tech did knock $ 10 off of the fee. So can’t vouch for more complex service and fixes, but they called, showed up, and fixed our problem.
If anything goes wrong within 30 days they’ll come back and fix it no charge.

Ugh, these guys are extremely unprofessional. This company was referred to me by my home warranty Old Republic Home Protection. If ORHP refers this company to you call them back and request another company.
I’ll admit I was a little adventurous with fixing a plumbing issue on a Thursday night. I couldn’t remove a compression ring from a copper pipe that flared at the end and at this point water was off and had to stay off since the old shutoff valve was a problem. I reached out to my home warranty company to bail me out of my predicament.
My expectations are not that high The warranty company sends you business you should call me right away to get something scheduled. I shouldn’t have to call you near end of business day on Friday to get help with something I scheduled the night prior. Worst of all they couldn’t get out till Sunday. So no water Friday, Saturday and Sunday great I pack my things and stay with the inlaws. Sunday rolls around No call to let me know they are on the way and no show its nearing the end of my service window So I call to find out whats going on. Maybe they are running late from the last job that would be fine if that was the case I don’t mind if your running late I understand that happens but the problem is they went to the wrong house and just removed me from their schedule altogether. They wouldn’t offer to come out later the same day and make up for that. Now I need to take time off from work for these guys lack of customer service skills.
