This Doc has the best personality; has monitored my skin for cancer over a 10 year period and has kept me well & healthy. Her office is clean & staff are friendly & personable. She is also an expert in evaluating and administering all injectable cosmetic products. And to Ray P. questioning Dr. Gamoth’s Board Certification in Dermatology… I would refer Ray P. or any other prospective patient to research this Physician by «Googling AMERICANBOARDOFPHYSICIANSPECIALTIES»(as I did) and you will find this: Provider Search: Credentials Jayshri Gamoth, MD Element Organization/Agency Education Universidad Iberoamericana — Unibe Residency — Family Practice Univ of Texas Medical Center Residency — Family Practice Univ Health Center Pittsburgh Board Certifications Dermatology Incidentally, I wanted a «freckle» removed from my face for purely cosmetic reasons… Dr. Gamoth insisted on sending to pathology lab for review and this seemingly innocuous«freckle» was Malignant Melanoma the dreaded Cancer we see Dermatologists for diagnosis. Mine was caught very early labeled«in situ» meaning it was in upper layer of skin only and had not gotten to deeper skin or muscle tissue. The good news and upshot was Malignant Melanoma in situ is THEONLYCURABLEFORMOFCANCER(research that Ray P.). Dr. Gamoth referred me to a Plastic Surgeon for complete Cancer removal with very minimum scar. Her early diagnosis probably saved my life and I will continue Cancer Surveillance office visits every 6 months period.

I went to A to Z a year or so ago and was surprised at my $ 300 insurance bill. Reading other reviews I now know it was the office’ s fault. Before reading reviews, I called 3 times to make another appointment and no calls were ever returned.

I really wish I would have read the other reviews before I chose this place. For the others of you maybe these can all be warnings. I went in. Had very little issue with my first visit. Had an issue with my prescription, had to contact them to receive no call back after 2 messages and then it just showed up at the pharmacy. I called and cancelled a follow up visit and tried to reschedule it about a week away from the visit. I’m still receiving a bill for a no show. I called 3 times and left 3 more voicemail’s and I’m still getting bills for that. How do you have a doctor that wont even call you back to schedule a follow up. I had to go to a new doctor.

I had been using this place for a while for my psoriasis. I only saw Dr. Gammoth once. Other wise it was her PA’s which was never the same people. I was trying to give them a chance. I had never been treated so poorly. One of the people even yelled at me on the phone when I was trying to get my shots scheduled. I would show up to my appointments and they were not there. I would go weeks with out treatments even then, they didn’t work. I asked Dr. Gammoth about doing laser treatment instead. Her response… Never heard of it. Let me know what you find out. What??? I read it on the Internet… So I decided to go and get a second opinion somewhere else. He said treatment I was getting was like using a chainsaw to cut butter. It was very bad for me and the kind of psoriasis I had. Needless to say… Ended my visits to this place and am now getting laser treatment and getting better.

Do not use this company. They are a rip off and extremely unprofessional. I’ve been an unhappy patient of A to Z for several years. I have repeating called and left messages with no return call. The only reason that I continued my services was because of the PA. In December of 2014 I received a call for my annual check up. I came back in and found out that my favorite PA was no longer with your company. At that appointment you did a mole exam and a $ 200 botox injection. I was very disappointed with the results and called back several times with no return call. Approximately 5 months later your office called me back in. I felt this was a perfect opportunity to make you aware of the terrible services your company is providing. You stated you had fired several employees and put a new answering system in place. You said I needed additional botox for better results and proceeded to inject a higher dose of botox. I was completely caught of guard with having to pay more($ 270) when I was so unsatisfied with your first the injection treatment. I paid but was very disappointed in you and the extra charges. You gave me your business card and asked if I would help you with testing your new staff and answering service. I called on Thursday, July 9 and once again no return call from you or your Mesa office. Per your request I called you cell phone and we spoke on Monday, July 13. Yu asked me to email and text you. I have emailed you twice with no reply. I’ve invested years of treatment and now $ 470 in botox with your company. I have NEVER been so disappointed in a company and its lack of service. Plus it is none of my business of whom you have fired from your company. What Dr tells their patience this information? I’ve read some recent reviews on Unilocal and know I am not alone is my disappointment with this company.

We were happy to have found this dermatologist since she was close by. We spent time preparing our daughter to talk to her and use this as a learning experience. From the very beginning she was treated like a third rate citizen from Jayshri Gamoth, M.D. Jayshri was dismissive of her presence. She called my daughter«the girl» and was quite stern with her while treating her skin. She treated us so poorly and didn’t give us the time of day. My wife is beside herself about the whole experience and the impact on our daughter.

This office is only interested in your money. My appt was very rushed and Dr. seemed very uninterested. Her biggest concern was to make sure I like her FB page. I got a prescription for a shampoo and was told I would have one refill on it. Obviously there was no refill and they wouldn’t renew it unless I came to be seen. I argued that I was originally supposed to have one refill and then I didn’t hear back from the office for over a week(and even then I had to call). I refuse to go back just so she can get my copay and bill my insurance. Very dissatisfied!

Dr. Gammoth is not even a board certified Dermatologist but she’s playing it off as though she is and it’s completely unethical! Do NOT support what she is doing since she’s in family practice and knows that dermatology is a higher paying specialty. She does not even train her PAs and is creating a huge mess for the PA Derm society. Wouldn’t you want to seek care from a board certified dermatologist and properly trained Derm PAs?! So wrong what’s going on with this so called practice. She cannot be calling herself a Dermatologist and her whole website is false advertising. There are more ethical places to seek care and A to Z is not one of them! Don’t even want to give a star but had to in order to post. It’s a shame what she’s portraying and no wonder the AAD gets pissed off with situations as this!

Had my first appointment with Dr. Gamoth today and was pleasantly surprised to find a Doctor who actually respected my needs and cared about my health. She was thorough in her examination and showed sincere concern for the skin cancer locations I have on my body that need to be dealt with. I look forward to my future appointments to rectify and cure my problem areas. thank you Dr. Gamoth and Laura for making my first visit an enjoyable one. Sincerely Terry Corcoran
