Okay, I gotta say… Working with this company was top notch. The manager, Steve, took on our quick move. It was last minute scheduling for the next day, and Steve was very personable, and professional. He introduced himself not only to my fiancé’ and I, but also to our 9 year old son. We only needed a few pieces of furniture moved, and one hauled away. The final cost was icing on the caket. I’d called around to nearly 10 other places, and A to B Movers cost was HALF THE COST of the quotes I’d gotten from many of the others!!! Definitely satisfied! Thanks guys!

I wouldn’t use this company ever again. I used a groupon to move which I’m glad i did other wise it would have been a fortune to move due to the amount of time it took. After presenting the groupon on the companies arrival they still didn’t take it off the final bill. To top it off there were two holes in our brand new houses bedroom wall. I called the company back and someone did come out to look at it and they did correct the bill. However given we have been in the new house less than a day when he came back i just wanted it done and there was a custom paint needed for the fix. i agreed to get it for him and he agreed to fix it. then we didn’t hear anything for 5 days then one phone call to say they had tried calling which never registered to me. he said someone would be coming to fix it…5 days later still nothing. thanks A to B, great service.

This company was a breath of fresh air! I had dealt with some very flakey movers previously. They were reliable, confirmed everything days in advance, and had very fair pricing. Thanks for moving me quickly and safely Mario and John! Mo the owner, was great to work with!

My new roommate hired this company to move some stuff from her house to mine. One dude was super rude and kept making passive-​aggressive comments intended to cut her down. It was sad. They have no customer service skills at all. I know moving in AZ sucks in the summer, but don’t be a mover if you don’t like it.
We increased the tip because we didn’t notify them of the stairs. It was a very generous tip. However, after they left, I discovered a rather large sized hole in my wall and two small holes in the door. They didn’t mention a single thing to me about it when they left.
I would pick a different moving company.

This company is dishonest and unorganized. My roommate and I had bought a groupon that gave us moving services for ~$ 75 for two hours. The company promised «no hidden fees» and told my roommate over the phone that there would be no additional transportation or truck fees. This was all a lie. As they almost finished the moving job one of the movers told me that we’d have to pay an additional 187 dollars. He said my roommate was misinformed and was quite defensive when I told him we did not know we had to pay additional fees. They even charged us for an hour of traveling when we moved just 7 minutes down the road.
The movers were not polite whatsoever. They showed up at our apartment and barged in without even introducing themselves or keeping me informed about their plan. When we got to our new place they asked what floor. I told them the 3^rd. They complained and basically yelled at me that my roommate had told them the 2^nd (why would she even lie about that?) And were seriously so rude. I asked them if they wanted my help which they cowardly rejected. One of the movers kept bringing up this «lie» we had told him as they moved our furniture. Obviously communication lacked within their organization somehow because my roommate said she told 2 different people that we lived on the 3^rd floor.
I am not happy we chose this moving company. They were deceitful, unprofessional and rude. I would suggest to look else where.
