I visited the New Balance store at the Merrimack Outlet for the first time, a few days ago. I received wonderful service from the moment I was greeted until I left. I wanted the works so they measured my feet, watched me walk, and made recomendations to me based on my activities. When I showed them how the front of my legs sometimes hurt after running, they recomended a sneaker with more heel support. I compared it to others and it really worked best. What a change I feel now! They are worth every penny. Their service was perfect the whole way through. I wish the people at my job worked so well together and was so kind to everyone. And I dont even work in retail!

I like New Balance products in general, but unfortunately there are no factory stores near me. So I have to be content with whatever I can find at stores like Kohl’s. I really liked the inventory at this store, and not just for the sneakers. You might be able to get a better deal on some types of sneakers at a sale at someplace at Kohl’s, but it can also be hit or miss in terms of variety and your shoe size — not a problem here. There was a good selection of gloves, hats, and coats as well. The staff here were really helpful as well as enjoyably chatty.
