Purchased a custom made recliner for my 87 year old mother. Waited 6 weeks and paid over $ 70 to get it delivered within 10 miles of the business. After my mother received the chair she realized that 1). The chair is much to large for her petite frame(this is after the store associate fitted her for the PERFECTSIZEDCHAIR) 2) My mother is unable to use the lever to recline the chair… it is not located properly, nor is the lever user friendly for an 87 year old woman. 3) I called to see what they could do to correct this problem, I wS not asking to return it… just asking what they could do to help!!! Their answer. WD40 the mechanism of the chair. REALLY!!! This is what you call customer service??? I hope you or anyone will ever make a purchase from this rip off of a furniture store! They are not out to satisfy you as a customer. They are out to PROFITFROMYOU.
