After having the spa for about a year and a half the circulator pump broke. The seal failed and water leaked by which shorted it out. We had to pay for the service call. The technician said it happens and he sees that and the heating element burn out. All our PH and alkalinity levels were spot on so it was simply the pump. Knowing it’s a problem I don’t know why they don’t do something to prevent it. I just ordered 2 containers of a water conditioner and they charged me $ 17.50 for UPS ground shipping. In total the box was 6 pounds and not a large package 13×10×5. I assumed they overnighted it since it came the next day and called to ask why they would do that and Mike told me that was just ground shipping and the cheapest way they ship. I’ve shipped plenty with UPS and that’s highly expensive especially for a business who must have a contract. By entering the details on the UPS website ground shipping came to about $ 13.50. It would normally only take one day so it did not need to be expedited. I will never be ordering again from them and I’d be wary of any spa that has a failing seal after such a short time of use.

We purchased a hot tub and are completely satisfied with the tub and service. From choosing the right tub for us to delivery, set up and help after delivery everyone we worked with were helpful and very customer service oriented. When we have called with questions about the chemicals or about the tub operation, the folks we have spoken with on the phone were very patient and helpful for us newbie hot tub owners. We have had occasion to deal with both the NH and the MA stores and are very happy customers.
