as a former employee I know Amy k is an owner of best cleaners, kd cleaners and Paul’s cleaners. in the few months I was employed they lost clothes and then lo and behold they found them. frequently clothes not ready when promised and would say they had a spot that needed to be treated. does not treat employees with respect.

I would not recommend Best Dry Cleaner in Merrimack. I had an extremely unpleasant experience. I dropped off a suit and wool winter over coat just before Christmas. The cost of the items were about $ 800 — $ 1,000 When I returned about 10 days later, they could not find it and asked me to comeback the next day when the owner was there.
When I returned the female owner told me I had already picked up the dry cleaning, which I had not. When I claimed I did not, she claimed I just forgot and that she remember me specifically picking the dry cleaning up with my teenage son… I do not have a teenage son. She was admant that I picked it up because they could not process it in accordance with my deadline.
This was all news to me. I informed her she was incorrect, and I asked her to look for my items by ticket since the computer was wrong. She refused. I eventually had to call the police. Because she could not provide my items and refused to compensate me for the lost items.
When the police arrived she gave them a slightly different version of the story. She also provided them with dates, which did not jive with the facts on my ticket. Her computer provided different dates and times other than the ones on my ticket.
In the end with encouragement of the police agreed to actually looked, and would you believe it, she actually found the items she claimed I had previously claimed.
They are not the only game in town, think carefully about trusting them with your stuff
