This place has no sense of customer service. The other guy who is not Manny is very lazy. If you see people coming in to your store and your co-​worker is busy assisting other people then you should get up your fat ass and work. That’s what you’re being paid for. Not to just sit and play with your phone while we the customers are waiting to get attention. You are very lazy

I disagree with the 1^st review, i enrolled in verizon almost 8 years ago from this store
they are more than helpful. the corporate verizon on sunrise are the ones who only care about sales. manny is nice and helpful no idea who vinny is

Watch out for the shady employees here at Verizon. This is a re seller store acting as an official Verizon dealership. They are not and when you purchase from them, Verizon Corporate office can not help you because you did not purchase from an actual Verizon store.
Especially watch out for Manny and Vinny. These 2 will lie and fast talk you into deals, when in reality they say one thing and then do another.
They also lie about the phone rebates. I added 2 lines and 6 months later the rebates still have not shown up. They keep the rebates for themselves, and when you follow up with them they will either lose your contract info, or constantly lie about not being in the store with a promise to get back to you.
