Sonic

First of all let me say that this is the first time I’ve ever been to a Sonic’s so I came here an optimistic. Rollerskating servers and the «car dining» experience. Long story short, My lunch was ruined and i don’t plan on ever coming back to a Sonic’s ever again. Now for the whole story, I ordered a Bacon Double Cheddar Croissant Dog because it looked so freaking good in the picture and I just wanted to indulge myself in it, waited the usual time it would take to prepare the meal. Then the waiter came walking out and I jokingly asked what happened to the roller skates since I was expecting them and just wanted to see that for the «Sonic’s dining experience» He simply said he didn’t have time to put them on… ok then? Got my food and immediately was put off by the look of it. The bun was not a croissant bun and the cheese didn’t look like the shredded cheddar cheese in the picture, they just squirted some cheap liquidy nacho cheese on the hotdog. I said something about it to him & He asked me what was it that I ordered, I told him what it was and he looked at the hotdog and was like,“Is that not it?” No it is not! Look at the bun, looks like a regular hotdog bun. He then proceeded to say with a snarky attitude «sorry I don’t know what it looks like» At that point I was just like whatever I’ll eat it since I have somewhere to be and I was done talking to this guy who obviously didn’t care that I wasn’t satisfied with the food he brought me. On top of the bun being wrong, it was stale also. Never going to a Sonic’s again

Let’s make this short and sweet. Awful customer and SUPER slow. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Slowest sonic in town, consistently. If they were just slow once, fine. But every time I go I wait over 10 min at the drive through. I’m currently sitting in it actually. It’s been 15 minutes and still 2 cars in front of me.

Great customer service! They always get me in and out very quickly with my order. I think their pricing is very reasonable too!

Typical sonic. Great service at this location. Great happy hour specials on strawberry lemonade (my favorite) as well as countless other drink refreshments.

My least favorite fast food breakfast. If it weren’t for their cold drinks on hot days, I could live without Sonic entirely.

YAY on the 148,000 combinations of drinks you can offer… minus one star for the mouth-​burning breakfast burrito that kept leaping all over my pants instead of my mouth. The tater tots hash browns were a bit too salty, but also burning hot. Just cause I lost my taste buds back over my Southwest flight over here, doesn’t mean I don’t treasure the few I still have left these days… hehe…
So now I’m not a Sonic virgin anymore, and now those ads back in SF makes sense now. Why not advertise for Dairy Queen for us poor San Fran’ers who don’t have the convenience of hunting down said eateries (grin).
