The baristas are all nice however when I was in the drive thru once, I was behind a car who ordered a ton of drinks and waited forever. Well the car behind me was brought her drink first (she was at window one and I was in between both windows) I still thought it was rude that she was services before me.

The only thing that seems to be good about this place is the seating area. It was clean and looked comfortable. I can’t recommend the coffee, the food or the customer service. The French roast coffee tasted like it was made with half the recommended amount of folgers crystals. It was extremely weak and lukewarm. I drink it black so there’s no question about taste or temperature.
The food selection is abysmal, and each pastry was individually wrapped in cellophane, making me question how many weeks it’s been sitting there. The muffin I ordered said nothing of nuts, but was full of them. There was also a mystery sticker with a handwritten «2» inside my muffin wrapper. I doubt the sticker and marker are food safe and NSF certified. As far as taste is concerned, sawdust has more moisture and flavor.
I watched the staff take the warm milk carafe and refill it with more cream, it will stay in a safe temp for maybe 2 minutes like that. If you want anything other than Half and half, you can’t pour it yourself.
If you are looking for a place to sit, you’ve found a great one. As far as food and coffee are concerned, stay away. They do have hundreds of bottles of syrup for sale though.
