Gianni Formal Wear & Tailoring

This place is horrible. The owner, John, is a complete a##hole. I had a pair of pants tailored here recently. Upon trying them on when I got home I realized that they did not do what I asked, total screw up on their part. I brought them back to have them fixed and the owner was such a d#ck about it. As a matter of fact, he was a complete d#ck from the minute I walked in the door the first time, he acted like I was bothering him. Hey John, here’s a word of advice… you’re running a small business during an economic downturn, don’t treat your customers like sh#t! Ugh, the guy is so condescending, one of the rudest people I’ve encountered in general in my entire life, can’t stand him. DO NOT give Gianni Formal Wear & Tailoring your business! There are a lot of other quality formal wear and tailoring shops in the area that will actually treat you the way a customer deserves to be treated.
