Becca, Wendy and everyone here has been helpful, friendly, professional and downright wonderful. They are so kind to my dog. She is a rescue and has some growing pains, nervousness towards strangers and adjustment issues. They’ve always been so kind and gentle with her. They’re also talented and creative beyond belief. I am so impressed with this business.

Love Love Love this place! They are the ONLY place where I can get my chocolate lab’s nails trimmed with no issue. I tried numerous places and all failed. Their approach of care, love and kind encouraging words were just what my nervous puppy needed!

Enthusiastic people that go above and beyond!!! If you are looking for someone to treat your adorable pets the way you treat them then you must check this place out! I will always do business with someone that truly loves what they do… Thanks guys!

I recently moved to Mercer Island and want to try a groomer close-​by. I have been going to Dog a Mania, which is ok but they keep giving my Havanese type dog a Schnauzer cut or exaggerated Bichon head cut so I want to try out another place. Puppy Bubbles seems to have reasonable reviews on Unilocal,they don’t open on weekend (my preference) but I thought I would give it a try. Big mistake!
First and most important, my poor dog’s nipples were all raw and scaled. Then half of her face was shaved and gone! My dog was returned to me with no jaw and no chin. The rest of her body was all uneven. It was by far the ugliest and most horrendous cut she has had in her 3 years lifetime, and she gets groomed every 2 – 3 months. I have to say that she didn’t have a matting problem. She had a matt here and there but she was brushed before the groom. No excuse. All I want is a standard Teddy Bear Puppy cut, and I give them a couple of photos and instructions to show them what the cut should look like, and she wasn’t even close to resembling that.
My dog was afraid and shivered when I picked her up and I promised her she would never go there again. I normally don’t write such an extreme bad review but I feel I have to as I picked this place based on Unilocal reviews and I need to warn other Unilocalers.

The girls are super sweet and actually care about the dogs. It’s also a free range salon where day care and grooming dogs all can play with each other. Becca, the owner is on top of her game and only produces the best!

Just wanted to update my review. Elaina is no longer working at Puppy Bubbles, but the other pup stylists are just as good! I took Maple in for a bath and cut the other day and was super happy (as always) with the results.
I think because it’s summer now they’re even more booked than usual, so make your appointment in advance!

Your dogs experience as well as your own will be fantastic. Guaranteed. I’ve had my pomeranian groomed at several places but Puppy Bubbles is the best by far. The staff is friendly and they genuinely love dogs. I usually drop off my dog in the morning before work and pick him up after work. They are very flexible with hours which I appreciate because of my hectic schedule. Elaina, the stylist, is fantastic and wants nothing more than to make sure she gives your dog the perfect personalized haircut. Tum Tum the Pom LOVES it there. He’s always extremely happy when I go to pick him up and he bounces around the house when we get home. Puppy Bubbles is a place that your dog will really enjoy.

It’s been a couple of years since I wrote my first review of Puppy Bubbles, so I thought I’d write an update! My dog has been coming here for grooming for years. They always do a great job, and are very professional. I also drop my dog here for daycare a couple of times a week, so he has time to socialize with other dogs while my husband and I are at work. Becca and her staff are amazing — they really care about all the animals they work with. I always feel my dog is safe and happy while in their care! If you’re looking for a great dog grooming spot — this is the one!

I took my dog into Puppy Bubbles on a great referral from a friend. I was very pleased with their initial customer service however upon dropping off my dog I noticed that there were about a dozen dogs just running throughout the store and grooming area. It was very disorganized. As to the service our dog received… her cut was very uneven which is very evident now that she has a bit of grow out. I was very disappointed. I think if they could have wrangled the dogs it would have allowed for more focus and a better overall cut and experience.

Moved to WA a little over a year ago and have been searching for a good groomer on the East side. Out of the 6 groomers we’ve tried, I loved this place the most. Becca is great! Happy to have finally found a place that I feel comfortable leaving my dogs at, trust the groomer, and don’t have to worry about paying outrageous prices.

So I know I wrote a 5-​star review before, but I just HAD to follow up. I picked my dog up from Puppy Bubbles yesterday around 4:45 pm. She’d been at the doggie daycare for about 4 hours. I realize I’m sort of obsessed with my dog, but for those of you who also might be obsessed with yours… this review will be helpful :)
My dog was really excited to see me, but not in a panicky, get-​me-​out-​of-​here sort of way. Just like she had happy energy and was excited to see her BFF. We walked home and she was still very chipper. Then, at home, she was more happy and playful than I remember her being… as if her day had just been so fun that she was still excited from it. She was happier than she is even after the dog park or a long walk! Is this weird to notice or care about? Probably. But I love my dog.
Thanks, Puppy Bubbles for taking such good care of my dog! Seriously, I will tell everyone to go here. I wish I could rate more than 5 stars.

Puppy Bubbles is the greatest dog grooming ever.
We have been a follower of Becca since she worked at another grooming shop. I bring my 2 dogs to her and she works her magic and transforms them into the most amazing and beautiful dogs. I tell EVERYONE to bring their dogs and cats to Becca. She is reasonable in her pricing, convenient, and best of all my dogs can’t wait to visit Becca. I highly recommend her.

I really like Becca and Jerica (not sure if that is the right spelling of her name!). I feel that they really care about the dogs they take care of during the day. I constantly see pictures of the «family» of dogs that come back to play. I like that she separates the larger or more energetic dogs from the smaller, less energetic ones. It makes me much more comfortable that my dog will be happy there.
Becca has given me some GREAT advice about my dog. She also gave him a great hair cut. It is always extremely clean and I don’t smell «dog“at all!

Becca is phenomenal. I really cannot say enough good things about her. If I move from Mercer Island I will still come back to her. I have looked at a number of places to have my new puppy (cockapoo) groomed and on occasion daycare when I cannot come home over lunch. Becca provides personal service and my puppy is always happy to see her. She is helpful and provides great advice. Her grooming is top notch and she is willing to listen to my thoughts and is able to expand on my thoughts. She is great.

Becca the owner/​groomer is the best. My schnauzer has never looked better and he had so much fun playing all day!
