I have used Marbella for several events. I never knew of her or her place of business until I my wedding coordinator from St. Patricks recommended her. I wasn’t fond of doing business here in Merced so I reached out to Modesto. I paid way to much and ended up having to use her for my décor of the church. From that moment she pulled through so last minute for me. I have then used her for 3 other events anniversary, another wedding for 2 friends and some rentals here and there. I have heard from others bad experiences but I have never experienced that nothing but great experiences. I met her through business and now I would consider a friend…

I do not recommend this place!!! Bella is the worst business owner who lacks integrity and professionalism. Save yourself frustration and headaches! Go somewhere else! I will never do business with her again!

DON’T DO IT!
Very unprofessional.
Not very reliable.
Don’t be lured in by her cheap tricks/​costs. You’ll regret it on your wedding day when EVERYTHING is not perfect and her anger takes the better of her. She’ll try to tell you, free this, free that!
Just to let you know: When you go in to see her, she sets up everything pretty etc. and sweet talk to you.
On the week/​day before the wedding she will say everything is good to go.
On your wedding day, she won’t be there. In other words, she’ll be a NINJA. One moment she’s there, the next she’s gone! And she won’t pick up your phone calls.
Her assistants also thinks that you can’t understand SPANISH so they always speak in Spanish.
In other words, if your wedding day IS YOUR most important day of your life (for a woman), go elsewhere if you don’t want to cry.
IF you do go through with her, record your conversations and get everything written down on paper!!!
I gotta give her a ¹⁄₅ ONLY because she was smart enough to screw me over. My mistake!

I’m going with another place in Modesto, even though they are way more expensive. I’ve learned the hard way– sometimes great customer service costs more.
I don’t know if my «event» was considered too small or if it was just bad luck/​bad timing, but I have had disappointing experiences lately. This makes me sad.
