I love this shop. They have a lot of regular customers for a good reason. Friendly service and relaxing atmosphere. I am getting the gel for the first time. My nails look great!

Went for a pedicure. Price was $ 28. Pedicure was okay, could have used a heavier handed leg massage, but everything looked okay in the end. Place looks a little plain, like it used to be an office for an insurance agent or something. Massage chairs were an older model, not very strong and the seats were worn. Most obnoxious was the tipping policy… can’t put a tip on a check or credit card (even though the credit card receipt has a line for tipping!!!). I never carry cash with me. Won’t return.

Went in for gel polish. I called ahead and scheduled an appointment. When I arrived I was taken immediately seated by a woman who was talking on the phone. I was there for 40 minutes and she talked on the phone the entire time while I was getting my nails done. So incredibly rude. Then when I got rung she finally hung up and said it would be $ 30. I pointed to their menu and said it states gel polish is only $ 20. She said well you got a manicure too. Unfortunately I had zero conversation with the woman to even determine if I wanted a manicure. I will never ever ever go back to this place again or recommend it. Horrible customer service. And to top it off they have a sign saying in capital letters do not add tip to credit card. Well you’re not getting any tip from me.

I love coming to Top nail and spa. I have been their customer ever since their old store. The service is amazing and I love Mimi!!! The other staffs are great as well. Love my nails.
