This place is a disgusting excuse for a company. I found them at the Cleveland Bridal show and that was the worst mistake of my life. I went in and found a gown that I liked. Then their sales associate that is SUPPOSED to know what they are doing measured me. Then my dress comes in and it is the WRONGSIZE. What have they offered to do for me? NOTHING! I am stuck with a dress that is the WRONG size. It is now five weeks to my wedding. Your employees and owner were incredibly rude to use when we called about the issue and then hung up on us– quality customer service. I plan to let everyone I know what a terrible place this is and to never do business with you. I am also contacting BBB.

My sister just called me crying because of the experience she had here tonight. She was treated with the utmost disrespect and humiliated by the so called«sales associates» here; she was with our other sister and niece. They planned this all week and we’re just heartbroken by how rude and crude these people were. No one should ever step foot in this establishment. If I were the owner and found out about this, I would be furious. Buying your wedding dress should be the beginning of a beautiful experience, this establishment destroyed that for my sister.

I had a great experience finding my wedding gown. Denise is amazing, she knew exactly what to look for and what I wanted. Before I knew it, I had 10 dresses on the rack and 3 that I really liked. It was so hard to choose! My sister got her dress from here, too, and had a great experience.

I went to look at dresses here in August 2012. When I entered the store I heard the sales lady tell the girl whose appointment was before mine«you need to get out of the dress, your appointment time is up». This was the only store I went to that you were not allowed to browse the dresses. They pick which ones they think you would like. They also will not let you try the dress on yourself, they come in the dressing room with you, without asking if you would like help. In the middle of my appointment another bride came in to look for a veil, they were extremely rude to her, including saying«once you buy your dress we never want to see you again.» Once I heard that I already decided I would not buy my dress here. They also borderline break the law by removing all designer tags on their dresses. When asked who made the dress I was told«I don’t know, the computer knows, if you like the dress you like it, it doesn’t matter who makes it.» Which may be true, but if I decided to buy the dress I would want to know who made it! The dress I liked there I kept pressing to know who the designer was and she said«its a special designer who only designs for us.» Which may or may not be true, I wasn’t buying it. Then when I was leaving she told me «If you come back by tomorrow I will sell it for you for $ 100 less, then changed it to 5pm that day, it was already 2pm. Everywhere else I looked had set prices from the designer that they sold it for, which was the same price for that dress at each dress store I went to. I would not recommend this store to anyone for anything.

Awesome customer service. I was a walk-in from the beginning, and they still helped me find my BEAUTIFUL wedding dress.(You do need to schedule an appointment) They were very respectful to my family, husband and I. My husband and I were coming in from Columbus once a month to follow up with fittings. Before my dress was made to fit me, they had a model dress I could try on, I would bring family and friends from out of town; Bridal Expression would have the model dress ready for me to try on in the dressing room every time! :) I truly appreciated that extra above and beyond service. My husband also rented his tuxedo, they were soooo accommodating for his needs. He also found the«the perfect» suit for our wedding day. Thank you Bridal Expressions for everything!

I have been in 3 weddings in the last year and have never had to spend so much on alterations as I did for this store’s dress. When the dress arrived it was an entire 2 sizes too big and my seamstress said it was the most poorly made dress she had ever seen. After 2 calls and a threat to report them to the BBB if they did not refund my alterations costs(which were $ 96 for a $ 175 dress), there was no resolution. I now have a detailed pending claim with BBB.

My advice would be to make sure that your order is correct, but even though my bridesmaid did that, and the incorrect dress was STILL ordered and delivered. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not a «bridezilla» or anything, but for this to happen is completely unacceptable. There should be enough procedures in place to ensure that this doesn’t happen in such an important situation. Before you purchase anything here, you may want to come up with a disaster plan in the event that they fail to complete your order correctly. Also, I never got an apology from Expressions. I feel like that proves that this has happened before and will continue to happen.

This place is AWFUL! I went there because I fell in love with a red wedding dress(Da Vinci 8220), and I made the two-hour drive there knowing what I wanted. I ordered the dress in a size 14. They told me that a size 16 was several inches too big for me and that a 14 was just about a half an inch too small, but a 14 would probably be fine and would be much, much cheaper to alter than to take in a 16. So, I believed them. Almost 7 months later, the dress comes in. I go to try it on, and I had even LOST about 10 lbs., and the dress was drastically too small. They told me that there was no way they could send the dress back, but that their seamstress would take out the zipper and make everything okay. Red fabric and all. They told me to come back in October and have the bustle put in and the laces put in. I called there yesterday at noon and left a message asking when my appointment was for today on their voicemail because they NEVER answer the phone. They NEVER called me back. I go there right when they open today(and I was about ten or fifteen minutes late because of terrible weather), and they call ME when I’m five minutes away to tell me that their seamstress is only there before the store opens and has already left. They told me I will have to reschedule. Not only do I live two hours away, but I am a medical student. I have no time to play phone tag and alterations games. So, not only did they order me a dress that is much, much too small and not offer to send it back and make it right, but they told me to wait until two months before my wedding so that they could alter it, and they failed to even have their own seamstress make this disaster right! They have now left me with absolutely no time to fix this disaster! This is not even an ivory or white dress that you can match easily with any old fabric and any old seamstress! I spent close to $ 800 on a dress I’ll never be able to wear!
