My haircut is horrible. The front is ok but the back looks nothing like the picture I showed the gal. She thinned my hair so much that I have 1″ sections sticking straight up. –So disappointed.

Had a groupon, and my husband needed a haircut, so I contacted them and asked if any of the stylists cut men’s hair. OH, the owner said they did, so she set my husband up with a stylist who specializes in mens cuts. When he came home I cried, his beautiful head of hair looked like a shaved poodle, could see his pink scalp through what remains of his hair.
Called the owner and told her and her reply was what do you want me to glue it back on, I toldher I wanted my money back, she said ok-​never have seen the money, and my husband hair looks horrible, he said the girl said she can’t cut mens hair with scissors so she shaved his head. POOR GUY, NEVER AGAIN !!!

ugh… the ladies are so nice, but 4 attempts and I am out. First was cut and highlight. I had to go back, #1 I asked for red highlights and got blonde, #2 fried my hair, had to go back and get all the dead ends/​fried ends cut off so hair shorter than I wanted. #3 months later, tried again, this time peek-​a-​boo highlights, more like invisible highlights, placement was terrible, #4 went back, had to pay extra for the product, still did not get adequate highlights, no «highlight» to speak of and placement awful – very nice ladies, but maybe they need to pursue another line of work

I was visiting from out of state and needed a trim. I happened upon this place and I’m so glad! Even though I’m not local, Angela treated me as if I’d see her in 2 months for my next appointment. She did an excellent upkeep trim on my short — but trying to grow it out — hair. I’m typically unsatisfied with most haircuts and dread the outcome of what the stylist is going to do to my head, but, again, Angela was awesome. Next time I’m in the area I’ll definitely be making an appointment here!
