Drawn in with their $ 17.99 oil change. Found out I also needed brakes and had a coolant leak. Should have had those fixed somewhere else. Their labor rates are $ 100 per hour and I walked out with an $ 800 bill. Live & Learn. They were also supposed to provide a free alignment check which got forgotten, They did say to bring it back because after 3.5 hours I wasn’t hanging around and credited me for the oil change. But still $ 100 per hour is incredible!

I give them one star at this location. Went for an oil change two weeks ago and I had my dad check under my hood and my fluids were both low and my power steering fluid was filled too much. They failed to tell me how my oil change went and were so eager for me to pay and move on. Only a good place to get tires. Thumbs down on service

I had some new tires put on my vehicle this week.
Cons:
— There was a discrepancy about the advertised and actual rebate
— The level of service delivered was less than expected. (I attribute this to being very busy)
Pros:
— The staff was very professional and polite
— The sales staff helped guide me toward a good tire for my needs.
— The waiting room was comfortable, including soda, popcorn and wifi
— The District Manager addressed all my concerns, and did his best to keep me as a repeat customer
