This location is exactly what you expect when you think of Barnes and Noble with one key difference… an absolute top notch staff that will go out of their way to help you get what you are looking for.

I loved this Barnes and Noble. Easy to get to, they have a big selection. Staff is friendly. I enjoyed the coffee at the café, only downfall is they can be a little pricey.

Great customer service! Tom helped me exchange my broken Nook Glow light with no fuss or hassle. Gotta love it!

A friend told me there is a children’s story time at this location on Thursdays at 10:30am. I just moved here, so I called the store at 9:45am to ask about it. A woman answered and said yes, there would be a story time at 10:30am that day. I drove 20 minutes with my child to attend the story time. I asked at the information desk where it was. The woman would not look up from the papers she was reading and said in an annoyed tone that there wasn’t one until January. I told her about my phone call just a few minutes earlier. Still never looking up from her papers and in the same tone, she said, I can have another employee read you a story. Such an inappropriate response. Why would I want to sit alone with my daughter while a B&N employee reads us a story? I had planned to buy some gift cards there for the holidays. Instead I left and won’t be back.

Nice staff. Clean store. Good selection. Good coffee. And open late.
I’ve never had a problem with Barnes and Noble. Always seems to have the books I’m looking for (and call always order if I need to) Not sure how much more I can ask for.
DVD /​Music prices are a bit high, even with Member discount. Better to purchase them elsewhere.

for being such a huge bookstore, apparently full of things, one would think they would have one of the books i was in search of.
