Aire Serv of Mentor

Update:
Had to change my review. Sadly, Aire Serv did not follow through on several things or a pre-​paid service agreement.
I paid $ 159 for two furnace checkups (the idea being if I paid in advance, I would get a break on the service fees.) They were supposed to call and set up an appointment for Fall Service; they never did.
They were supposed to give me quotes on a complete new system (furnace, A/​C, and tankless water heater;) they never did.
They were supposed to give me a quote on a gas heater for my garage; they never did.
Bummer, they started off great, but first impressions fade after repeated lack of follow up service.

James and Mike came out to diagnose an A/​C that just wasn’t getting it done.
They inspected the A/​C, resolved the problem, and gave it a servicing.
They were extremely courteous, polite, intelligent, and well spoken. Nice to have techs show up who know what they are doing and get the job done quickly.
Will have them back in the future to work on my place and my Mom’s house down the street.
