I normally perform many of my home maintenance and repair projects, but this year am too busy so I hired LMI to clean my gutters. I liked that I received a telephone call ahead of their visit. They did an awesome job and the only evidence they left behind was a tag on my door that advised me that they had been there. All debris was hauled away too!
I will be hiring them again for more projects in the near future.

My company hired LMI in August 2015 to look in on a commercial building we own in Mentor, OH. The property was left in pretty bad shape when our tenant moved out and LMI has stepped in to help fix the damage. I cannot accurately express how thankful we are to have found Rick and the LMI team. They have consistently gone above and beyond the level of service we have come to expect from a PM company. It’s like we have a trusted friend looking out for us and our interests when we can’t be in the area ourselves. I cannot recommend LMI highly enough. If you need property management services in the Cleveland/​Mentor area, call LMI. They are fantastic.
