Horrible, horrible! Where to start. Pictures askew, toilets not cleaned, areas completely missed when dusting, damaged wall, lighting crooked after dusting. I was told they would clean all hard surface floors on hands and knees. I was home while they cleaned and watched them damp mop the floor! Top it all off, the franchise owner was defensive and did nothing to respond to my input.
I will never use them again and caution anyone who does!
