I won’t take my shoes here simply by how they answered the phone and my questions about stretching the toe box on a pair of shoes. It was absolutely off putting… sorry John’s Shoe Repair, not getting my business now!

Good, fast service with decent prices. Happened upon shop when going next door. Had heels of a pair of shoes and boots fixed. Nice job. Will go back.

I do terrible damage to my heels. I always lose those plastic/rubber tips on the bottom and I usually scuff or tear up the backs of high heels pretty well too. I dropped off two pairs of knee-high boots and one pair of pumps about a week ago, and just got them back yesterday. They look brand new! Not only did they replace the missing rubber heel tips on all six shoes, but they made sure the heels were even, fixed places where the leather was a little roughed up and shined them all — including disguising some scuffs. The shoes look much better than I was expecting and I’m very happy. I’m wearing a 7 year old pair of boots today and two different people asked me if they were new! All for about $ 32. Definitely recommend. Only reason I didn’t give five stars was that I didn’t drop off or pick up my shoes, so I don’t know how their face-to-face service is.

Have used their show repair services a number of times — heals, soles, eyelets. Recently brought in wife’s dress shoes — had a tear in side and new heals. Work done in several days and low cost. Friendly employees. Would definitely use them again.
