First time at this location. I ordered a sandwich and a grande strawberry acai. The cashier was an older woman who was extremely nice. I initially ordered a grande refresher with extra water. She suggested I order a tall with extra water in a grande cup to save some money. My drink was made by this barista with some sort of kitty head band. She was the rudest. My drink was missing strawberries and it was two inches empty. I walked up to her and asked if she can fill it up with water, ice or anything Idc im not picky. She rudely said do you want more water or what?. I said water I guess. She threw out my drink in front of my face into the sink looking so mad and made me another one. She threw it on the counter so hard it slid like 5 inches. And then insincerely said sorry about that without even looking at me.

One of the best Starbucks I’ve been to. Super friendly staff, and lots of tables. Pretty crowded, but lots of seats. One of the tables even has a wireless charging set up with free chargers. This is Menlo park after all!

Six people behind the counter. One new guy taking orders who can’t figure out the cash register. And no one else making drinks or helping customers. This is the third time this sort of thing has happened at this Starbucks.

I like your location a lot and I do not really like giving a negative feedback. Anyway, I just went to the restroom right after Starbucks barista. She left it very dirty (toilet paper touching the floor, toilet seat not flashed, have no idea if she washed her hands after all).

We decided to go to our local Starbucks. We were in the mood for a good cold coffee drink. The place was not too busy and we ordered right away. Our order was correct and came soon after ordering.
It was such a nice day that we decided to sit outside. There were a few vacant tables and we chose one in the shade.
The store including the tables were nice and clean.
It was a warm day and our drinks were perfect for the day. I got a wonderfully cool frapaccino and my friend got a carmel drink. We both enjoyed our drinks
Definitely would recommend this store for a relaxing time and a cool coffee drink for a warm day.

As far as sbux go this one ranks towards the top — always clean (bathrooms included), friendly staff & quick service. Great location w. Plenty of parking and outdoor seating.
Mornings are usually very busy but after 10 things slow down and you can usually find a spot to sit pretty easily.

Nice and modern Starbucks. The location is a bit tough to find, but it’s worth it. Not the most functional or attentive baristas in the world (the queue was a mile long all morning, and shockingly not due to «one pump, two sprinkles, xyz» type of orders), but I like the atmosphere enough to come back anyway.

It’s always a pleasant experience coming here. The staff is friendly and personal, and they recognize their regular customers. They always get my order right, and the general vibe there is much less commercial as opposed to several other branches I’ve been to in the area. I will drive an extra mile or two because I believe strong and genuine customer service should be rewarded. You guys rock!

We walked into the store 1 min after their frappecino promotion ended and the barista would not give us the discount. We had just been in traffic for 2 hours. Not like we walked in 10 or 20 minutes after it ended. Probably were in the store before promotion ended but by the time we ordered it was a minute after. I guess they need all the profit they can get.

This location is a pretty decent size, one of the best starbucks I’ve seen. I come here to study every 2 – 3 weeks and i always find a seat though I can’t say the same about outlets since I always come with a fully charged laptop.
This location also provides wireless phone rings so you don’t have to bring your phone charger. Another great unexpected discovery is the soy milk available at the bar! You don’t have to ask for it or pay the extra $ 0.60! First starbucks I’ve been to that does this.
Plenty of parking and nearby a safeway if you need to do grocery shopping before or after your daily coffee fix.
I ordered a triple espresso with toffee nut (my favorite!) and it’s always made right and without a long wait :)
Unfortunately it does get a bit dirty at times. But it may be because I come after large rush hours and the employees didn’t have time to wipe down all the tables/​bar.

Terrific ambience, very classy, a cut above the usual Starbucks experience (which is entirely acceptable in itself).
This is a very wealthy area, so they duded up the joint considerably, with deep wood accents, fancy French louvres and other elegant trimmings. The exterior sports comfortable cloth chairs and tables under a wide overhang with oak trees.
Excellent views of the surrounding countryside, no parking problems, and other shops available in the adjoining medium-​sized mall.
It’s rarely as crowded as a downtown Starbucks, and seems to have a high barista/​patron ratio.
The most elegant and relaxing Starbucks experience I’ve had to date.

This is a more comfy Starbucks than most. The wifi is strong and outlets aren’t too hard to find. The coffee is… well Starbucks. I find it overly roasted and acidic, but do like their unsweetened teas and nibbly things. Parking is easy and their are close by stores if you need anything.

It’s a Starbucks… but the best staffed Starbucks I’ve ever been too. And I’ve been to A LOT of Starbucks locations. It’s a very cheerful team that is at their best even at the earliest hours.
There is also plenty of seating for some email, and it’s not overcrowded in the early mornings.

Great Starbucks location in the Sharon Park neighborhood — large store with tons of seating, inside and outside.
There’s a Safeway and a CVS in the same strip mall, so including coffee all of your basic needs should be met.

First the baristas are super nice, the guy remembered my name and my order and he charged me only for a small size of hot chocolate because it was my 2nd order in the same day.
If you didn’t order hot chocolate with 5 pumps of hazel nut and hot to 180 degree with web cream and chocolate syrup then it will be hard to explain how good they make it.
Also the place is huge and have a pleasant decorations and furniture, with the best out door seating among all other Starbucks branches.
What makes this place is so special is that the atmosphere is so quite, maybe because of Stanford students.
Also there is plenty of parking spots.
If you’re on of Starbucks fans, then I will see one day there.

Writing a review for this location just because they have soy over the counter for customers to help themselves. Definitely a plus!
There’s also plenty of room/​tables, so it’s a great place to study.
Service was great, too. Had me in and out within a few minutes even though it was a busy morning!

Maybe one of the roomier Sbux I’ve seen. Perhaps because of all the VC folks on Sandhill, they want a place were kids can pitch their ideas over coffee. Got my usual black iced tea to keep the meal from putting me into a coma. Good customer service and prompt beverage making.

The manager Ben reached out to me on Unilocal and then met me in person. I so appreciate that personal touch in a chain store. It makes it feel more personable!
I’ve been ordering all different kinds of drinks and they have made them quickly and correctly! I love it when a business not only listens to a complaint but then corrects the problem!
