Called the main number and was disconnected. Anyone have an update?

Sequoia is a lifesaver! We had a nasty clog in our system that the previous company we used, Beamco, was unable and unwilling to tackle. Michael White correctly diagnosed the problem, then patiently and professionally removed it. Because he had the right tools and knowledge for the job, he saved us from opening our drywall. Not only that, but he fixed a problem with our vacuum wand as well. Needless to say, we’re customers for life. Thanks, Sequoia!

I bought a house with a Sequoia Vacuum System installed. The product is great and meets expectations. This review is about the company, Sequoia Vacuum Systems, their shop in Menlo Park where the manufacture/​assemble the vacuum systems — I visited there to get a part of my vacuum repaired. My first instinct was the replace the vacuum carpet head (a few hundred dollars) but they convinced me it was better to repair the problem. They overhauled the vacuum carpet head on the spot, took about 15 minutes with no wait, replaced four worn out parts and only charged me $ 40 including labor. Super friendly staff, very helpful and I highly recommend.

Sequoia Vacuum came to our house via American Home Shield Home Warranty Service.
The service fellow, Mike, was highly experienced, pleasant, and very efficient. He ingeniously fixed what appeared to be un-​fixable.
Sequoia Vacuum appears to be a Ma and Pa type of business – like the best of what I grew up with back in the day when good customer service was more than a cooperate sales pitch (with little actual follow through).
I highly recommend this business.

I recently bought a house with a Sequoia central vac system in it. The previous owner left the attachment set for it, which was rather dirty, had some physical damage, and didn’t function correctly – the carpet setting powered the brushes, but didn’t provide suction. I was afraid I’d have to spend $ 500 for a new attachment set. I called Sequoia up and Pamela told me to bring my stuff in, there’s no appointment necessary. She cleaned up the innards, lubricated the power brush, replaced my damaged vacuum hose handle, and even replaced a broken plastic tab that I didn’t really care about. The outcome was better than I had hoped for; it’s almost as good as having a new set, for a tiny fraction of the price. She also showed me how to service the items myself while she was doing it. It’s rare to encounter this type of service, especially for such a low price. Pamela is awesome!

Sequoia installed the whole house vacuum system at my place as well as most of our projects. We have had no issues and their customer service has been great. If any part got broken they have fixed it mostly within a day. I highly reccomend them.
