Awesome bagels, good service, friendly staff. Fresh bagels they make it on site. They also have salads, and sandwiches.

What more could you ask from a bagel shop? They have a good variety of bagels, toppings, and cream cheeses. The bagels are fresh, as are the toppings, which are equally plentiful. I got a banana nut bagel with their new honey almond cream cheese, and my boyfriend got the turkey ham sandwich on a garlic bagel. They filled us up! We loved it and will definitely return here for bagels.

Veggie delux bagel sandwich with veggie cream cheese and an avocado… Delish! The place is little so I always order to go. Service is quick.

They have great bagels but I hate it when they don’t listen to what you want. Just ordered an open face salt bagel with cream cheese capers and lox. Not hard right? I was grabbing a drink and turned around to see him stack the bagel like a sandwich and try to cut it in half. I stopped him and said«open face not a sandwich». He looked annoyed but made it right. I sat down and bit into my bagel. That’s when I tasted the tomato. I hate tomatoes and this is why I ordered a salt bagel toasted open face with cream cheese capers and lox. Do you see tomato in that order. Dammit! I left it there and walked. Lame

Customer service was not nice. Man taking my order appeared grumoy. Man at cashier kept moving his hand to hurry me up, I wasn’t being slow at all. Will not come back. Since I love their bagels so much I’ll just stick to the branch in mountain view. Parking might be tricky since its down town. Store itself is clean and nice.

I absolutely love everything about this place. The food: Always plentiful and delicious. My favorites: Spinach and mushroom eggwich on a pesto bagel and chicken salad sandwich on dutch crunch. The service: Always kind, helpful and accurate. I called in my order a few times and literally they began to recognize my order over the phone. They really do care about the customers and are dedicated to giving the best service each time. The cost: Completely reasonable for a café located in the heart of downtown Menlo Park. The prices are not high considering the quantity of food you receive. I highly recommend this place. I take everyone I can to this place. :)

great bagel spot! When I worked in Menlo Park we would go here all the time. I love their breakfast egg sandwiches! The best! The people that work in there are nice and even knew me by name which is a nice touch. small place but always enough seating and tables/chairs outside if you want to eat out there on a nice day!

Good selection of fresh, chewy bagels. I order the Avocado Veggie Sandwich on a toasted Asiago cheese bagel(everything on it). It never disappoints. Good value too! It’s also nice to be a semi-regular, as the staff starts to remember your fave orders.

I was surprised that this was a 4 Star rating. I had breakfast this morning and was disappointed. I ordered the Egg sandwich bagel and the egg was tasteless and plastic. No flavor. Staff is certainly friendly though, which is why I am rating 3 start vs 2 on taste.

A solid bagel place. The staff was friendly, they had a good selection of fresh bagels, and a variety of toppings and sandwiches. I personally like to taste the bagels that I get, so i kept it simple and got the onion bagel with sundried tomato cream cheese. My friend got the pepperoni pizza on an Asiago bagel, and said it was great. We were both pretty happy, and would definitely come back for more. You can also stop by penzeys(a spice store) after, because who doesn’t want more great spices?

The eggwhich with bacon in cheddar was good. Pretty good spot for lunch and to go along with that it’s a good coffee spot.

Wow! Where else in Menlo park can you get an amazing, fresh, delicious sandwich for less than $ 6? Places like this are a rare gem. Great service, very reasonable prices, and amazing food. The sandwiches also all come with sprouts, lettuce, tomato, pickle, pepper, onion, cucumber, mayo and mustard all free of charge. They are huge! Very healthy and filling meal for a student on a budget like me :)

Bagel Street Café is our favorite source for bagel sandwiches on the peninsula.(And one of our favorite sources for bagels.) At first it’s the large selection of bagel flavors that impress. Then you are greeted with friendly service and helpful answers to your questions as you select from a range of options, including breakfast or lunch style sandwiches. After tasting your sandwich, you will be a fan. I favor the mouth-stretching avocado vegetable sandwich, which I usually get on a pesto bagel. My bf prefers the regular vegetable sandwich that includes cream cheese. Both are perfect fuel for anytime of the morning.

We LOVED this Bagel Street Café location(avoid the one in San Ramon). The young man who waited on us toasted our bagels to perfection. The bagels were crispy on the outside/chewy on the inside. The cream cheese was perfect, the tomatoes actually had flavor. Employees were friendly, the restaurant was clean, the prices were extremely reasonable. Not one complaint to be made.

Not the best bagels out there but their Eggwich prices are pretty decent. I had a sausage, egg white and cheddar cheese eggwich on a multigrain bagel. There’s just something about bagels in Cali that don’t sit with me right. I miss NY bagels!
