Jose and his crews at Palo Alto Tree Services, Inc did a spectacular job. They came, on time, with enough workers and equipment to get the job done thoroughly and well within the time frame. Having this Monterey Cypress that spans four yards trimmed has been a headache since we moved in 21 years ago. Most vendors shy away from taking on such a large overgrown monster. Jose and his crew were knowledgeable enough to tackle the challenges straightforwardly. This tree has never been this well trimmed — aesthetic, organic, healthy, and moderate cost. Palo Alto Tree Services, Inc also expertly trimmed numerous other much smaller trees and bushes. They cleaned up every bit of the mess they created along with plenty of additional mess that had accumulated. Jose was very responsive to our individual requests for certain cuts, and nothing was broken nor damaged during the entire day of very laborious and messy work. The price was very reasonable. It was no problem for Palo Alto Tree Services, Inc to travel from their location to our home in San Francisco. They arrived on time, stayed all day, and made sure we were entirely satisfied before leaving.
