Triple Connect Solutions

I do not recommend this company. He has poor communication skills and rarely answers the telephone. I set up my first appointment via a text message because he told me he couldn’t write my information down. When the appointment day came I called after he was scheduled to be at the house and he said he didn’t come because I didn’t call to confirm it. I’ve never called other companies to confirm my appointments that I already agreed to have. I decided to give him a second chance since it looks like he is a small business owner. On the day of the appointment he was a no show. I attempted to call the phone number provided on his website and I got a machine every time. Its obvious he is checking his messages because at one point I would call and the message would say this mailbox is full and then if I call a few minutes later I was able to leave a message. So with that said it sounds as if he was ignoring my phone calls and chose to miss the appointment again. It’s unfortunate to find yet another small business failing. Something as simple as a phone call saying hey I might be a little late goes a long way.
He finally picked up the phone AFTER I made a Unilocal review and stated he would rather tend to bigger jobs than take my business. That’s fine and all, but probably isn’t the greatest business model. He ended his phone call without an apology and told me not to call him. I will be contacting the BBB and chamber of commerce.
I welcome a rebuttal, Mr. Organized.

We had an incident with a person lurking behind the house and looking in windows so we thougth it would be a good idea to call Triple Connect Solutions to install a system. It was a great idea. Our sales representative was professional and knowledgeable. He didn’t push anything that we didn’t need. The product they use is high quality.
Now we have a home system complete with cameras I can monitor from my phone. Very cool. I would reccommend.
