Papa John’s Pizza

Did an online order, but for whatever reason it didn’t go through. Showed up to pick my order and it wasn’t ready. They offered to make it now, I was kinda upset but what are you going to do. As I waited Brett told the guy make hers first don’t worry about that one. They had my order made and ready to go in a matter of minutes. The fact that they went out of their way to correct a mistake that was most likely my fault, they have won my love. You rarely come across really good customer service these days. Glad I got to experience it here. Thanks guys!

I ordered online. I get a receipt sent to my email with toppings I didn’t order, so I try calling the store before the pizza either went in the oven for the order to be fixed or refund my money. The phone on their end wasn’t working. I ended up with a pizza with toppings I didn’t order. They didn’t try to fix it and bring me the right pizza. Do not use their online system to order. It sucks.

Well, tonite after not having this pizza since I can’t remember when, we decided since it was handy we’d risk it again. NEVER again. Pizza like a dried out cracker with barely a smidgeon of anything on top. NASTY! Economy is bad… but, no excuse for this poor place!

Absolutely LOVE them! We order one a week and EVERY time the pizza has arrived QUICKER than we expected. Our orders are always right, and the drivers are super friendly. Five Stars!

All I wanted was a quick pizza to go, so I could get back on the freeway. They wouldn’t take a $ 100 bill. And the nice young man at the counter was wearing red lipstick. This store takes in thousands of dollars a night, and they won’t accept a $ 100 bill? What’s up with that? And the lipstick?

A lady named Mccanna answered was the operator that answered the phone. I had a emergency call come in so I asked he to hold for one sec so I could tell my wife to hold on. When I clicked over back to Mccanna she was talking shit to a co-​worker about me having to click over to the other line. I said hello 3 times and she did not say anything (maybe because she knew figured out that I wasn’t on mute). So I just hung up. I’ll never order from this location again.

The only guy working right now, Brett, is very nice and cool.
He made accomodations to my order which brightened my really bad morning in school. I’m here on my lunch break so it helps to have a nice atmosphere.
Little hot in here though, I’m guessing the AC isn’t working? Regardless, service is great. I’m very satisfied.
I would recommend this papa John’s location. And if you want something small, just get cheesesticks instead of a whole pizza.

Found a hair in my pizza so I called and they said it must be mine. These guys are gross and I will never eat that sh! t again.

Ordered my pizza online for some amazing deals through the email coupons. When it came I noticed that the sauces weren’t correct. I asked him that if anyone else came in this area if they would drop off the right ones that’d be cool but no pressure. My delivery guy Rick made a special stop and brought me my sauce lol. I always make sure I tip them well as the delivery charges are never enough and driving around takes a lot and I know that. Take care of your delivery drivers and they will take care of you! Thank you Rick! Your the best!

Horrible! Need better customer service! Won’t honor online pricing when their damn online ordering doesn’t work!

We had a mix up with our order, we called and it was handled right away very professionally.
I think Eduardo handled it, great customer service and knows how to take care of a customer.
And pizza still tasted good.

I order about 1 – 2 times a month from this location and my orders are always correct and arrive fast. The pizza is always good (for being fast food pizza) and the drivers are never rude. A while back i had a small issue where i ordered a pizza and salad online. They called me to let me know they were out of salads (bummer because i already had paid online) but they offered me a big cookie, chicken bites, or wings in place. I chose wings and my order came lightening fast to my door.
We have also ordered from this location a couple times for work functions. And again the orders were correct, fresh, and delicious.
I took one star off because about 50% of the time they forget to bring the side of ranch i always order with my pizza. I never demand them bring me one, i always just silently cry inside… but my ranch is a big deal: p

Crap the app doesn’t work called the store to order what I seen online and found out they wouldn’t honor it… What a huge load really so needless to say I will not be frequenting the pizza flop. Shame on you PJ

This place is a zoo, nobody knows what they’re doing and anytime you ask a question, they have to grab a manager. I ordered 2 pizzas and was asked if I wanted cheese sticks, I said sure, but when I went to pick up, they don’t «recall» me ordering cheese sticks. I was told to wait for a manager who already had 3 people waiting with other complaints, one of them being a wrong order. I watched the workers turn around and talk crap about the lady who was complaining, but if her order wasn’t correct, that’s to be expected. The manager seems overwhelmed and the workers seem like they don’t want to be there, its a shame, I like Papa Johns but don’t think I’ll be eating here anymore. Horrible customer service!

All their drivers are awesome except one who is always rude and peeled out in my driveway once cause he was mad at his wife… seriously…great pizza tho… it’s worth the risk.

Not very good at all. There are a lot better pizza places within a couple miles
They are way overpriced and delivery is usually very late. The pizza tastes average so two stars is the rating

Called asked for a price I saw online (that I ordered the same day from riverside Papa johns, which they honored) the guy here said they could not, only done online.
$ 8.99 large 1 topping.
2 stars at this Papa, not surprised…

Well we are back! 2 years later, and the pizza still isn’t on par with what «The Papa» would want in my opinion! Now it’s a nationwide charge to add any extra sauces to your order so I will just have to stick to small local owned joints that don’t stick it to you!

This afternoon I went online to Papa John’s Pizza and placed a ‘future’ order for 7:15 this evening. I ordered a Double Cheeseburger pizza as well as a sausage and peperoni pizza. At 6:55 I get a call from Papa Johns saying, «We are sorry, we no longer stock product to make the Cheeseburger pizza.» THEN WHY WAS I ABLE TO ORDER THE PIZZA ONLINE? I was told that Papa Johns doesn’t update the website when they change the menu. REALLY?!? I was then told I could change the order and they would try to have the pizza out within 45 minutes. WHAT?!? I PLACED AN ORDER FOR 7:15, NOW SOMETHING I DON’T WANT IS NOT GOING TO GET HERE UNTIL 45 MINUTES AFTER THAT?
I cancelled my order. I suggest you find a different pizza store because this one clearly has no idea what customer service is.
