My wife was released by a local hospital diagnosed with severe malnutrition and withdrawal. I was extremely concerned about Life Care of Menifee since it was the only facility in the area covered by our insurance, Medicare. The building is dated and resembles an old motel. The grounds are well kept and the inside is spotless. The old adage, «you can’t tell a book by it’s cover» certainly applies here. The entire staff was accommodating, compassionate and most of all, attentive to our needs. The day shift is made up of many nursing students from all over the country. My wife’s Physical Therapist trainee, Melissa, was from Long Island New York. It is apparent that this«on the job» training facility must be good if a school is sending students here from New York. These young people are bubbly and full of life. The full time staff are patient with the trainees and anxious to help them achieve their goals. The patients here are physically challenged to say the least. Most in some degree of pain and demanding attention. We did not once encounter a CNA or nurse that didn’t have the patient’s best interest in mind. We highly recommend Life Care of Menifee. PS. Bring food seasoning, you’ll need it.

My parents were here from out of town. My mom fell and broke her hip and shoulder. After surgery to repair both we took her here. Everyone from house keeping, food service, admission, medical records, social services, CNA’s, interns, nurses, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and the doctors have been wonderful! They have treated my mom with respect. I highly recommend this place. All I can say about the negative review is if you don’t like something talk to someone there, they will fix it. I am so grateful to all of the employees.
