I would like to give a shout out to John. We have been trialing and testing various pieces of a new email server and John has been awesome. I have spoken to him several times and he is always very helpful. I spoke to him today about preparation for our Go Live at 6 PM tonight. When we spoke he was going to have everything ready but was not in the office that late. However, when I called a little after 6 to verify that the DNS records had been changed, John answered the phone. He said he answered because he recognized my caller ID and had stayed until our GO Live to make sure everything was completed. I understand anyone probably could have done it, but it meant a lot to me that John stayed to make sure that we were taken care of since I had been dealing with him.

Our law firm used Worldspice for internet for 12 years and their VOIP for 4 years, and during all that time, we had only the best service with the best technicians and best customer service of any company that we had done business with. No interruptions, ²⁴⁄₇ customer service, and on the weekends if something didn’t look right, they would call me and ask if everything was ok. Who can beat that?

I will save the 5^th star for when I am an official customer :)

I heard of WST from my old days of working in the same building as them Clark Tower… so I sent an email through the website… and I received a prompt response from Leisa Davis.
I was impressed already… I received a response from my email within 24 hours and had a meeting scheduled for the next week. Leisa same prepared with a full proposal of services which exceed our current (bandwidth)…and the price is significantly lower. In addition to these reasons, I also admire a small business like World Spice that ‘gets it’ — take care of your people and your customers first and business will come. Leisa’s enthusiasm alone for her company «sold» me on wanting to do business with them.
This company has been serving the businesses in Memphis for many years which goes a long way, I hope to be able to come back and add a 5^th star to my rating once we are up and going with our new services!
