Okay the so called Take Care Clinic is the worst liar I’ve ever seen. I had an appointment for 5:30, got there a few minutes late so the computer kicked me out of the system, so she let another person in front of me and said«Oh you’ll be next» SO after waiting awhile another person comes in don’t sign in and just waits… well guess what! She came out and got him instead. So I’m furious now, but need medicine so Ms Karen at the Take Care Clinic you Suck! Big Time! # Liar…

As far as Walgreens go this one is okay. Loiters outside turned me off though. Clientele not the friendliest of folks either. Staff was nice enough though.

Terrible Customer Service! Laura Massengill of the Pharmacy department is the worst customer service rep I have dealt with in some time. She is less interested in helping her customers than she is in inflating her own ego with her superior attitude and snarky behavior. Her manager, Jodi, was not overly interested in the feed back either proving the poor management has certainly filtered down to the staff.

This Walgreens isn’t terrible, but they need more cashiers during the lunch hour. When I stopped in here during my lunch break to use the ATM and grab some stamps, I ended up spending a good 15 minutes in line at the register — lucky for me, my break is an hour, but if I had realized I would be waiting that long, I would’ve gone after work and used my lunch break to, you know, eat lunch. I was surprised by this incident because the last time I stopped in here for stamps, on a weekend, I was pleasantly greeted by an employee who actually asked if there was anything she could help me with and quickly got some stamps for me. I should’ve known it was too good to be true…

I will never use Walgreen’s photo –Poplar Avenue and Cleveland-and Union Avenue-again. I ordered a large amount of photo’s. Every photo I ordered had the edges cut out. When I pointed out that people’s heads etc were cut off. I complained online and was told I must have ordered them with a border. Border-no I specifically did not order a border. Eventually I was told to go back to Walgreen’s and they would be told to redo the order. They did — and it was redone exactly the same way-WRONG. I was told by the Walgreen’s photo staff and a customer standing there added her two cents that it was my mistake and I needed to ask them to make the photo’s a different size. I left the order there and will not be going back. I have since discovered Wal Mart photo online –tried them with the same order and they are FABULOUS. I went to the Walmart in West Memphis Arkansas. I ordered every photo to be true digital size(no such option with Walgreen’s) and every one of them has been perfect. Go Wal-mart.

You had it coming, Walgreens! You. Had. It. Coming. I have been tested in every department in this Walgreens, and I have refrained from going off on an employee or lashing out on Unilocal. That streak ended tonight. We won’t talk about my previous bad experiences, because that would take all night. I will just explain what happened tonight to send me over the edge and give this Walgreens a 1 star review. I got a call from Walgreens saying they had a prescription filled and wanted to know if I still wanted it. They had called my old phone number, so of course I never got the message. Although I was short with the woman on the phone, I held my cool and said it was fine and I would come get my prescription. Enter Walgreens staff member. I pulled in the drive through to save time and was approached by probably the worst person they could have given me. She asked my name, I told her and she hung up the phone. Really? You can’t stay on the phone? She could work on her manners, if you ask me. She searched through the computer and told me they didn’t have a prescription for me. Seriously? Then why did I just get a call? She said it was probably at another Walgreens. She then asked for my date of birth, which I told her and she asked in a rude tone what prescription she was looking for. She then found me in the system and said(and I quote) «Oh, you spell you’re name wrong.» Seriously? I’m sorry, ma’am. I didn’t realize there was a correct and incorrect way to spell last names. I also didn’t know you were the judge of that. I am also sorry that I inconvenienced you so much by retyping my last name, because you misspelled it in the first place. To the staff member that sent me over the edge: Learn some customer service. Also, share it with some of your friends at work.
