The Pink Door

I frequently shop here and aside from one instance, have always had a great experience. Staff is helpful and has special ordered items for me when they were out of stock.

My girlfriend is a big fan of Lilly Pulitzer, so I get brought to this store every so often. The staff here is exceptionally friendly, they have a fairly vast selection of Lilly items, and have a pretty darn comfortable couch that is clearly meant to keep dudes comfortable while their lady shops; well played Pink Door. Beyond this, they also do a good job of remembering their frequent customers, so on occasion when I’ve come here to get the lady a gift, they’ve been very helpful and friendly. For a store that is clearly a chick store, this one is actually not entirely unpleasant to go to, and I’ll call that a win.

I ordered a dress online from The Pink Door that they clearly had in stock. The next day I get an email stating that they’re holding the dress for someone who is picking it up not that day, but later in the week. They redirected me to another store which had the dress in stock but had $ 10 shipping associated with it! Keep in mind that they currently have the dress in stock (and I bought from them because they do offer free shipping above $ 98). Really disappointed with the service I’ve received. They claim they couldn’t find another dress via corporate and apologized for the other store (that they redirected me to) not having free shipping. This does nothing for me. They claimed another person had pre-​ordered the dress I technically checked out. If there was a pre-​paid preorder, why was this even in stock?! They claim that their platforms don’t have a way to process preorders. What?! What century are we living in?! Other places don’t have this problem. This is all I have to say.

The ladies at the Pink Door are so friendly and helpful. The owners make a real effort to remember their customers and make us feel special. I always leave with warm fuzzies. I love Lilly Pulitzer clother and prefer buying here over the corporate website anyday!

The Pink Door is a Lilly Pulitzer store with the best selection of Lilly Pulitzer. There is a wide variety of clothes and accessories… All very cute! They have something for everyone — womens, girls, and a little mens and boys. Also, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They helped me find the perfect dress for my graduation. LOVE The Pink Door!

The Pink Door is a Lilly Pulitzer store and I love Lilly Pulitzer. While I don’t own any items myself, my 4 year old daughter does. And wow, is she a cutie in her little Lilly dresses.
I love this brand because it is so colorful and fun. The clothing is simple– alot of shift dresses– and well-​fitting. You’ll find everything from swimsuits and outerwear to shoes and backpacks. Men– you can even buy yourself a Lilly necktie should you so wish.
Aside from Lilly, The Pink Door also carries Vineyard Vines, LaCoste and Elegant Baby brands. A little expensive, but quality and fun for sure.

The only reason this gets three stars is because it’s a bit pricey and it’s not quite my style. The quality is a four. This is a Lilly Pulitzer store filled with summery dresses in pastel prints. Most everything that you see sticks to a palette of pale lime green, light blue, pink, and white. They also carry purses, makeup cases, and LeSportsac bags.
A bit pricey for the girl on a budget (me) — a summer frock runs $ 178, but everything is high-​quality and not at all flimsy. There’s a also a large selection of equally pastel kids’ clothing. The kind of stuff that you’d wear at a summery barbecue or to a beach party.
