This company sent me direct mail offering a discount if we would consider using them, I called and set up what I thought was an appointment. Terminix has just no showed twice in one day. I would think that this kind service is indicative of company that is run really badly, and to think of all the advertising dollars wasted by these morons.
My advice don’t waste your time with this company, because Terminix will waste yours.

I would never use this company for any reason. I was on the phone 6 times with this company trying to get their paperwork corrected. I am a Realtor my clients used Terminix for a termite inspection the inspector wrote it up on the incorrect form when we told the company we needed it redone the first 3 people were rude and could not get an email address correct after spelling it many times. After the 5th call I told them to forget it I would hire another company. Well they showed up anyway, go figure after we didn’t need their services. Very Rude, horrible customer service. This was speaking with the main office in Memphis.
