This location is usually great. Had one time when the employees were not really paying attention to customers, but other than that, it’s been a quality location. The drinks are made right and this location has a lot of seating. Very clean store!

This starbucks is very slow! I thought I’d be running in for a quick coffee on the way to the airport. The manager was trying but the team was so new. It was frustrating to watch and see my cup just sitting there.

The absolute slowest Starbacks I have ever went to. I’m glad I came 30 minutes before my shift. I needed every bit of it while waiting in the drive thru. If there is another Starbucks closer to you, choose that one. This one isn’t worth it.

Slowest Starbucks I have ever experienced. After observing the baristas chat it up and poke around behind the counter I was more perturbed by the delay than usual. After waiting more than 10 minutes for a simple iced tea, I was visibly annoyed. When handed my drink the barista looked at me, puzzled by my shortness, but never apologized for the terrible service. With so many other coffee shops in close proximity, I will believe you’re better off going elsewhere.

My second trip here it took 11 minutes for a mocha frappé my fist trip it took 8 min for a black coffee on ice. This is the worst Starbucks I have have ever been to. There 2 people making drinks and 3 talking buy the pastries.

Stopped by here during a gap in my schedule to get a little work done today. One thing that’s funny about Starbucks is that you can usually tell the personality the manager wanted in the store based on their personal pick of employees. It’s also very different from location to location. When I walked in to this one, I was skeptical of the fact that 5 of the 6 baristas were guys who looked like they were in high school with tattoos everywhere. As it turns out, there was nothing to be skeptical of. They were kind, courteous, and quick to get me my dark roast coffee. It was a good and very busy Starbucks location beside a mall. Decent find!
Pros:
Good, quick employees.
Cons:
It’s a little small and doesn’t have the clover option.
Overall:
Good Starbucks location. Don’t judge the employees by their appearance!
