Do not send your money to this business unless you want to lose it. My order went unfulfilled and I took a loss. What a waste of time.
Robert and staff are full of empty promises and clichés like «The Check’s in the mail».
I paid for my order promptly, was told an item was in stock and then strung along passed the 45 day dispute window to get my money returned through PayPal. Spoke to the staff several times and they told me I’d receive a refund. Still waiting guys. That was in March.
Lesson learned.

Great reply Robert. Shows what level of contempt you have for your customers. Maybe I should forward this page to the Australian man you owe $ 4000 to who posted his own complaint about you in the Banjo Hangout and where he received an incredible amount of support and information on how to sue you for losses. You have a very well defined pattern of thievery and bad money management and seem to think problems will disappear if you just wait long enough. By the way, I contacted the person who posted the review below mine here on Unilocal,you know, the one complaining that you took their money and didn’t deliver the product… sent her my contact info and directed her to the Banjo Hangout as well. Maybe she can sue you too. How is that law suit going by the way? You ever decide to give the Australian man’s money back after holding it for nearly a year and giving him a sob story about how you were declaring bankruptcy? What a joke of a man you are Robert.

I have had an absolutely terrible experience with this store. I placed an order with them over 2 months ago for a product they initially claimed they had in stock. A week later I was told that it was out of stock but due in within the week. A week later I was told it would be several weeks and that the price had gone up. I then cancelled my order and was told my credit card would be refunded. Now some two months later — and after countless calls to the store — I have still not received the refund I am owed. Would caution anyone else doing business with this company to be careful. They are full of false promises.
