Popeyes Chicken and Biscuit

Literally the worst Popeyes that I’ve ever been to. So many inconsistencies, order is ALWAYS incorrect… Wait time is ridiculous. I’ve honestly never come to this Popeyes without them asking me to pull forward in need of more time. Tonight during my LAST visit EVER to this Popeyes, I was told that cleaning was taking place behind the fly frying machine, and that no more fries would be fried tonight. … Currently I am watching the staff prepare to go home (putting on their coats, texting, and talking on their phones) while I’m sitting, waiting at the window and writing this review. (In the exact spot that I’ve been in for the last 20 minutes). Definitely my LAST time to ever come to this Popeyes. I’ve complained to management in the past and nothing has been done. I’ll never return to this Popeyes again, and I advise you to stay clear away from it as well if you expect any type of decent service. Two thumbs down! Total disappointment.

Love love love this place. Everyone is so super friendly. The place is clean, and organized, and we never have to wait. Oh and the food… YUM! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Went in yesterday in seach of light, moist, crunchy chicken, and was greeted by no less than FIVE smiling employees and their manager. The chicken was perfect, served quickly, the store was clean and inviting, and the mashed potatoes were the best fast food potatoes I have ever had, with a touch of spices. Lightest, buttery biscuits. I really felt like I had visited Louisiana! They put Gus’s, KFC, and even Pirtle’s down. Why have I been passing this place by?

It was an exciting day for this Louisiana boy when Popeyes opened near my home. With most franchises, the food is the same wherever you go. This is not the case with Popeye ’ s. This location serves good chicken but sometimes it lacks the crispness of what I would say is a 5 stars. But 3 is good and saves me a trip to Gus’

I had strips (spicy) with fries and a biscuit. Drive thru service was fast and friendly. The food was fresh and delicious. I didn’t wait very long in the drive thru. Not a huge fan of the fries.

The restaurant has just opened in the last weel or so, and the service shows it. There was a mixup in the order, but it was resolved quickly and with apologies.
The food was good, the service exceptfor the aforementioned mixup, was prompt considering the number of customers.
One nice feature is the coke dispenser which has the option for over 100 selections which included caffeine free and flavors.
Looking forward to another visit.
