Pizza Hut

I was craving cinnamon sticks, came here only 2 people were working the place was empty but it still took them a little over 45 mins to make my sticks. ughhh ! Never again

This is the worst place I’ve ever been to!!! Nobody greets you and it just plain out dirty and old smelling … They put 3 plate out at a time, pizza overcooked, bathroom dirty and no leadership at all…

My little brother, John T., had about 4 – 6 friends over and asked if I would call in a pizza for him before I left. He gave me strict orders on how to order each pizza and how he wanted it. He wrote it down and I called to place the order… Two hours later my brother calls yelling at me saying I messed up the order… They brought him a cheese pizza and a pepperoni pizza when he ordered a supreme pizza with crazy cheese crust, cheesy bread, and thin crust meat pizza. So I told him to call and ask because I knew I didn’t mess up the order that bad… He called to confirm I placed the write order and told them they delivered the wrong pizzas and to please bring the ones they ordered. They told him to go ahead and eat one of the pizzas because it would be an hour and to return the other one to the delivery. I was home from trolley nights before they had delivered the correct order. I told him to call again and ask where it was.
Finally around 9:45 his pizzas came and they told him to go ahead and keep the other pizza too, which was cold by now… Then he opened the box to let me snag a piece finding one was completely smashed to one side and the other burnt to a crisp. He was so furious he just ate it and asked if I’d post the pictures on Unilocal.Its very frustrating when you wait all night and don’t get what you want. I also think they knew my brother was young and figured he’ll just eat it anyways… which he did…
We definitely will never order from here again and I don’t recommend it to anyone!
